Has anyone ever thought ; something like a layout but in a graphic form? xcf.

I suddenly came out with this idea .. 
It so much more easier than making the real layout.
When someone wants to change the text or pictures. 
We could tell them to inform us and change it for them or they can change it themselves. 

Anyone wants to try this outtttttttt xD? I feel so weird. OTL
