The Invincible Turtle, Francine -  To people who first knew her, Francine would be described as a turtle. she's shy and preserved. she is really quiet to a new surrounding. but, as she adjusted herself, when she finds her surrounding comfortable, she'd be the blunt, friendly, talkative, and loud Francine. she will never hesitate speaking out her mind boldly. she would joke around the employees when she finds the atmosphere is quite dull. when it's quiet, she would come up with a topic and talk around the people even though they had just known each other. Sometimes, her bold comments can hurt her friends without her realizing it. but it's not Francine if she didn't recognize it easily and apologize to them.

Franny the Granny -  To her close friends, Francine is often called by the nick "Franny" not only because she will hurt her back when she laughs, but also because of her wise suggestions on every problems they have. Francine is a girl who could see good things behind a bad incident. She is also a loyal girl who won't leave her friend just because they are having a big problem ahead them. she would likely to stay there and comfort for them during their hard times. that's why they called her as 'Franny'. she always sees things differently than the others.

Family is Where I start everything - Her father is Korean and his Mother is British. the 4 siblings are all born and raised in England up until Young Hoon was 18, Hyunjae was 14, she was 11, and Seolhyun was 8. everyone might find their english and korean are in advanced level. that's because both language are used in the house. they talked in korean with their father and they speak english with their mother. Mr. Ahn raised the 4 in his cafe. he taught the 4 to brew authentic coffee, make pretty latte arts, and stuffs. besides that, Mrs. Sveagrith let the kids learn how to bake and how to make cakes and pastries in her own bakery. up until they moved to Seoul, both Mr Ahn and Mrs Sveagrith trained all the 4 to run Mr. Ahn's coffee shop along with all the cooking and barista skills, that made what they are today. 

How I got here - Francine was on her way back home from her school when she passed Seventeen Cafe. she was interested in applying for a barista. as soon as she got back home, she told her father that she wants to work for that cafe. and Mr Ahn, thinks that she's ready to do the job, so, he agreed to let her work there and have her own experience of working in one's cafe, not her own cafe where she could sit like a boss. Mr. Ahn wants to educate her to be a more work ready person. not a boss type person.

• knitwears- she likes wearing it with her jeans, shorts or skirts
• sneakers and wedges- she thinks it's comfortable for her during daily usage
• coffee - she is a total coffee addict. if no one stops her, she'd most likely to finish 12 or 13 cups of coffee a day

He works at the back kitchen of the cafe, baking cakes and inventing new recipes to wow the customer while Francine is at the front cold kitchen, making coffee and other beverages. something, they would interact through a small window connecting both kitchens. Junghan always asks for Francine's opinion on his cakes. and sometimes, both of them would spend the night at the back kitchen, working on the cakes invention. during the inventing session, they usually play around the cafe while waiting for the oven to bake the cake perfectly. Francine can only act really open and lively towards Junghan.
