I couldn't understand everything, so I'll just tell you what i understood.
She's talking about the pole for the ideal valentine. she was voted as number 1 for the ideal valentine pole. and she won the item that she's holding in her hand. then she talked about how she spent her valentine (i think). she said she doesn't have someone she like (lover) so on that day she took care of herself from head to toe (like treated herself to nice things). then she talked a little about the film that's she's filming now.
because Aaron also won the pole for ideal valentine for the guys she mentioned about it, and mentioned that they (aaron and her) don't get to see each other often in a year (didn't understand the whole thing)
gui gui then wraps up the interview by thanking the people who voted for her, and told them to vote for her again next time.
