Honestly not enough is being done about them! they are getting out of control and someone needs to step up and actually do something about it like get restraining orders against them or put them in juvenile hall for a while. Whatever happens someone needs to do something and soon or the problem of them will never get solved. I fear that it will take one of them dying for any change to actually happen and that is not good at all.
