I kind of have to be in the right mood to write (ew that's sounds so dirty). You can't force yourself to write something or else it will turn out bad. Honestly, I don't know how almost all the stories I write have in them. It just has to happen. As soon as you get some inspiration for , write it down and then maybe build the rest of the story around that. I've done that before. As for detail, sometimes (in my opinion) if an author goes too into detail it sounds like a robot talking for some reason because it's too meticulous. Just imagine it happening the way you think it should and write it down, leaving just enough not said for the reader to imagine it themselves. Wow I'm not a writer at all I really hope this didn't too much I just wanted to help *cries*
