Like on rpr they ask for your time zone (GMT) and like does anybody know the time zone of North Carolina?

i dont know the timezone but it is 10:12pm (right now) since i live in south carolina and i've been to north carolina a couple of times to visit my uncle and aunt and cousin *too many words* our timezones are the same ^^
