"I believe we've finally hit rock bottom, or at least I'd like to think we did." Kai tries to stay optimistic for the sake of the people that are around him. The world is just crumbling down right in front of their eyes so its hard to find a person smiling against the gray. Kai wants to be that person, at least he tries to be. It's not easy to kid oneself.

"I'm nothing more than a man who is afraid to die, and I will do nothing but survive." Kai doesn't want to die, I mean who wants to die? If you had the option to live or survive you;d have to be a lunatic to choose death. Living is a gift, and Kai was raised to never be ungrateful when a gift is given.

"I'm afraid to be happy again, because this world hates me." Kai was living the life just before disaster struck. He was performing in front of crowds, putting smiles on faces and making hearts beat. Kai was a beloved idol, and he enjoyed every minute of it. His sisters and parents couldn't be any proud. He was happy, and happiness never seems to get to stay around Kai for something always is pulling it away.

"I wasn't quite sure if it was possible to not laugh considering the circumstances. I mean hell, we all are already dead." Kai is always laughing and some people think he lost his marbles because of this. The thing is, its true. Kai loses himself from time to time believing he's in an eternal hell, trapped in an endless loop of misfortune. But you can't blame him, who'd of thought this would happen so suddenly?

"Thanks. It feels really good." There is just one person who gets Kai smiling again when he is at his worst. Who pulls him back when he gets lost. This person seems to know him so well, but Kai will never let them in past a point, for the world hates him, and not even a faint of happiness is allowed.

{ previous job: He was an idol for EXO, teaching choreography to his fellow members and creating ones for publicity for EXO.

• BLACK. Kai really enjoys the dark night sky. Even though he misses the life he had, he can't help but enjoy the view the world for what it really is, beautiful. The star lit sky has to be the best part of the new world.
• RED. Kai is very chic and easily flustered. He's an easy target in the new world, being trusting seems to always be his downfall. The pranks and jokes just keep coming at him, and even the new world has ways of catching him off guard. When he gets overwhelmed or embarrassed, people would for turning red. But don't be fooled, Kai is a very clever man and will sometimes throw an ending joke back at them.
• SKY BLUE. Showers aren't something you find easily in the new world, so whenever the opprutunity presents its self, Kai will take a dip in any water that is clear. He's not the type to dress up pretty, but the one thing he misses more than anything is keeping up with his hygine.
• GREEN. The new world doesn't have much purpose for money anymore, but Kai on the other hand thinks differently. He feels if the world will ever start back up again, money will eventually rule the world just as before. If he sees cash, he will take it and add it to his well organized collection that is stored in a safe deposit box.
• ORANGE. Kai doesn't love animals, persay, but he does love those little michevious critters known as foxes. The way they survive by being sly and clever motivates him to be the same way.
• WHITE. When the first flake falls you can catch a light smile on Kai's face. Winter is Kai's favorite time year. Maybe it's the change of pace, or the memories of the past, or maybe he just enjoys the cold. Whatever it is, it's obvious that he's happier in these days.
• BROWN. Enjoy the little things is something Kai truly believes in. The little things would even be an old ragid book that is found under rubble. Whenever Kai is counting and comes across an old book, he picks it up and adds it to his inventory to read in his spare and private time.

{ dislikes: 

• ATTITUDE. Kai doesn't like people that talk back to him. It's not that he believes what he says is a god written rule, but what he says is usually the smartest route. Even so, when the others give him a hard time, he just keeps his mouth shut and follows behind and watch disaster fall onto their laps.
• KLUTZ. Kai is a dancer, which comes hand in with balance and cordination. He would never make a mistake when it comes to being quiet and stealthy and quickly running away. What annoys him more than anything is a clumsy being stumbling into his path. It's hard enough to take care of oneself, now he has to carry the weight of another? He wouldn't leave a person behind, but man he wish he could.
• LOUD MOUTHS. Why would Kai even put up with a loud mouth? Because he's too kind to throw them in the dirt. He does his best to calm the loud ones, the warnings just never stop, but quietness is a key to survival, and he hates those who jeprodize their survival.
• UNKOWN. Kai doesn't tread on lands his unfamiliar with. Take the safe and familiar routes is the safest. The unknown scares him, he likes to be prepared, not surprised.
• WOODS. If there was any place that Kai would not go, it would be highly populated cities, large building complex, and especially the woods. Kai has had too many bad experiences in the wood, and will choose anywhere to hide but there. If you ever catch him near or in one of those places, he slowly begins to lose himself.

• WOODS. The woods destorys Kai's mentality. He lost everything there too many times.
• DEATH. Kai has seen people die way too many times right in front of his eyes. The pain and agony is too much to bare, he is not ready to die.
• LOSS. Kai dislikes losing. Not only in a competitive way, but in an emotional and physcial way as well. With every death is a loss.
• SOUND. When Kai hears a sound he knows there is danger.
• UNKNOWN. Fear of the unknown.

• Has a tendancy of falling asleep when ever he sits.
• Has a tendancy of running ahead of the group to make sure its safe.
• Has a tendancy of whispering when he's mad.
• Has a tendancy of looking both way before crossing the street, old habits die hard.
• Has a tendancy of smiling to himself when watching the stars.

{ health issues:

• Coronary Artery Disease. Kai knows his heart is weak, but he doesn't know how serious it can be. Shortness of breath, palpitations, rapid heartbeat, weakness, dizziness, nausea, and sweating are all symptons that Kai has. He doesn't let anyone know, but the medic is sure to find out eventually.
• Alergies. Kai has common allergies to pollon. The summer weather usually gives him hay fever, but that goes for him and at least 50 other people in the world.
• Memory Loss. With all the medications, sleep deprevation, depression, stress, and nutritional deficency has caused Kai's memory loss. The simplest things are forgotten, such where he is at, what he is doing, what he said, and where he puts things at. The worst is spaces of time is completely missing from his mind, but that rarely happens.

• Kai's is the type that likes to get by quietly with having to get his hands dirty, and if things get out of hand, a quick escape is necessary. Taking this into consideration, Kai refrains from carrying any large weapons. Hidden on his body is at least three slim sharpened daggers if ever in a tight spot, but other than that he has nothing.
• Kai doesn't like to get covered in zombie blood, but in order to survive its necessary. Kai is a very strong and well fitted man. He is quick on his feet, and will quickly take a persons weapon in order to protect himself and even the ones around him.

{ fighting style: Kai isn't a master of any kind of fighting skill, but has had some practice from the old days with his hyungs. A couple of playful fights has given him an upper hand in the new world, and not mention his constant dance practices put his body in a great fighting figure.

{ strengths: Kai is quick on his feet and uses his agility to his advantage when it comes to swinging down on his targets.
{ weaknesses: Kai's heart condition sometimes leaves him disoriented.
{ extra skills: 

• Kai is very well mannered and stands quite tall amongst the rest. His sweet smile, charming laugh, and polite words gains the trust of others easily. People look to him for advice and comfort, even some men wouldn't tread the field without the eyes of Kai, what more do you need in a leader?
• Kai's long life of dancing makes him quite quick on his feet and an expert at improvising. He is able to slip out of tight spots and avoid an extra steps that are unnecessary.
• Kai is a very brave man, he will gladly take the time to move ahead of the group first to make sure its safe.

He treats her like everyone else, the only that is different is that he's open to her. Tells her his feelings and doesn't hold back. Aecha is a great friend, but she does everything she can to show she can be more than that.

DID YOU EVER EXPECT A ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE TO HAPPEN?

I can't really say I expected it, because I didn't. I imagined my life
to be all smooth sailing. To dance and perform on stage for the rest 
of my life. To bring smiles on many peoples face and goof of with my so
called brothers. Then this happened. What can I say? I just didn't 
expect it.

 

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT YOUR TEAMMATES? 

I enjoy them all. Being alone isn't fun for me. It's something anyone
tires to avoid. When the world falls to , its best to stick
together. That is how you survive. The only problem is, that some people
just dont think the same way. And those people I just dont like. 

WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS? 

To protect and to survive. That is all that really matters. I'm not
looking for world domination, or complete anihliation of the runners.
Just preservation. To live for a new day.

 

DO YOU MIND DYING? 

Yes I do. I don't want to die. I have seen it all too many times.
People I care about, dying. Right in front of my eyes. The blood 
curling screams of pain echos through out this empty world and I just
can't take it. I don't want to be put through that. I want to live. I 
want everyont to live. I don't want to feel pain anymore. Dying just
is no longer an option. We must survive.

scene requests: I like people close to Kai dying. He already thinks the world is out to get him. Why not just let it be so. He wants to be a leader, but sometimes it can be overwhelming. Have him get lost in the woods and go nuts. Nothing better than the person who is supposed to have it all together lose his mind.
can i kill your character off possibly: Go for it. He's kind of a hero type. So if you do kill him, let it mean something. Whether to show no hope, or love.
