Last night was so lovely, aw. 

I went for a sleepover at my best friend's house and I hadn't seen her in 3 weeks! I'd missed her so much while I was on holiday and told her we needed to arrange something when I got back, so we did. It was a really cute night to be honest. We had a lot to tell each other so basically 95% of the night was spent talking, but I always feel like those kinds of sleepovers are the best kinds of sleepovers.

I also sung her my new original songs - the ones I wrote while I was on holiday, and she really liked them, so that's a bonus. :-) I gave her my gift which was a postcard (I couldn't send it since I was told that the mailing system over there was crap and it wouldn't have actually got to her), a shell and a little piece of coral. I got those two things while I was scuba diving, one was from a dive spot called Jardines and the other was from a spot called Gardens of Palancar. I think she liked them, well, I'm hoping she did! ^-^

We ended up turning the lights off at about 1am but we didn't sleep until nearly 3am. I was telling her something and it took quite a while for me to say it because there was a lot to say and at the end there was a brief pause, and then I whispered her name, but she had already fallen asleep. I just kinda laughed really quietly and fell asleep too.

She's such an amazing girl to be honest, and I'm really lucky to have someone like her that I can call my best friend.
