but time never stops so soon, we had to say goodbye....more like wave bye and part ways. when we got off the taxi, i really wanted to give him a goodbye hug but for some reason i just couldnt. i was hoping hed say something but all he said was, say hi to your brother for me and just waved......

i was a bit upset about our goodbye then he posted online a message along with a picture we took. he said this....妹妹，i dont know how many more years it will be till we will be able to see each other again. your brother isnt very good at expressing himself under a relationship i will reluctantly have to say bye to. the thing i couldnt bear the most is to see your back facing me. the two of us too sad to bid farewell.....bad translation but yeah, after reading his message i broke down.

never in my life has my heart hurted so much. in a short span of no more than 30 hours together, i really would have never imagined that our relationships could grow so strong. maybe becuase hes the brother figure ive always wanted...minus his smoking habits....but in the short 3 times weve met, he really did feel like my big brother and it felt like weve never been separated

anyhow, im fine with you not writing a story on this. i really wanted to let it out. thank you for reading

not sure if this works but anyhow....its kinda more like something i wanna talk about but wouldnt mind being written about (im happy just letting it out)

so im currently in guangzhou right now, about to leave and head back to hk then back to toronto.....

twelve years ago, which was the last time i came back to my homeland....though it would mean ending summer break and going to school again, i always complained and asked my mom if it was possible to go back to canada early.....i really disliked guangzhou that visit.

i dont recall much from the visit to china, especially the time i spent with my dads side of the family. for twevle years, i havent talked to any of my cousins from my dads side.

when i decided to come visit this year before i head off to uni in the fall, i was dreading that id have to visit my dads side. but then miracously....a few days prior to the day id have to see them again, i talked to my brother (like my 堂大哥）for the first time in twelve years. i felt like tearing up and crying on the bus when i heard him call me "sister".

when i finally saw him for the first time, i didnt have the guts to properly greet him and pretended to be busy paying my respects to my ancestors. we spent the whole day reuniting with the whole family and eventually i became more natural with him. originally we were only supposwd to see each other once cause hes busy but then we went out for dinner again and decided to go to an amusement park with my other cousins.

i was super excited....i have another biological brother, but my cousin-brother was more like my real brother..... >< anyhow, he was pretty sick but still tried his best to stay brit and not let down the mood

So I found myself just staring at the window. Clouds. They float by like there was nothing to worry about, like everything in life was just dainty and pleasing. I hate these clouds.

(ive read that somewhere here in one of the stories i like. I simply like the thought of comparing life and clouds^^ )
