The new Woolim?

I may not know entirely what's going on, but what I read today was kind of depressing.

The fact that SM C&C whatnot is merging with Woolim does not sound good at all. Woolim is doing great by itself. Why merge with SM? I may have ugly thoughts on SM management on their artists, but really, is it really necessary to merge?

Maybe I do not know much about what positive outcomes will be presented after this merge.

I just hope they do not mess with Infinite, or any Woolim artists.

If you read the article, only a part of SM which is SM C&C which is responsible of everything outside music merged with Woollim Ent to form Woollim Label. Artists under Woollim Ent will remain under Woollim but now, they have the resources to distribute their songs globally.
