By stating what kind of gift you would give, you are actually revealing how you relate to your partner. However, it doesn't really matter so much what you give - if you care enough to give something, your partner will get the message
a. You tend to become lost in clouds of confusion when relating to your partner.
b. You assume that the world revolves around yourself.
c. You tend to think about your partner's feelings a lot.
d. You have a tendency to overdo things, but you place a high value on your relationship.
2. Chair
If you choose to sit on certain chair, you are not suspicious or distrustful of it. This is similar to our relationships with the people we like. The qualities we look for in a chair are similar to the qualities that we look for in a partner.
