HISTORY BACKGROUND: alex is a korean-british; She was born and raised in cambridge, london. When she was still over in london, alex's mom still taught her korean; and when they were at home, they would talk in korean. Her mom constantly travelled to korea to visit her mom's family. As a child, jasper loved going over to korea. Even when she grew up, she still love going over. Alex family status is quite high, considering the fact that her grandfatherfather is a hotel owner and her mother's an interior designer. When alex turned 11, her mom told her about his father being Dionysus,at first she didn't believe it because she always taught of the greek gods being just a myth passed from person to person; when she was 12 her mom brought her to camp half-blood,at first she didn't like the idea of staying there but her mom persuaded her that it's the best for her until she finally agreed.
