[ ] Gotten a phone taken away at school no, but my friend did...it was my fault :P

[ ] Gotten caught cheating on a test i don cheat cuz im duh smart asian nerd, lol jks XD

[ ] Arrived late to class more than 5 times nup, I have a straight attendance record ^^

[X] Didn't do homework over 5 times Sometimes I'm just too lazy or forget about it lols
