Nickhun's confidence in himself surprises the Cool Kidz team and the audience. In the 15th episode of Cool Kidz on the Block which aired July 16th, the Cool Kidz team face off against Junggok-dong's badminton team in a thrilling big match. However, the comment that was in the spotlight was "Master" Khun's self-praise.
After the big match, the Cool Kidz team were in the locker room together talking about the game. Jo Dal-hwan gave Nickhun an envious glance, telling him that the way he played was almost like a bird.
Kang Ho-dong agreed asking Nickhun, "Do you know how awesome you look when you play badminton?". Nickhun was taken back by Kang Ho-dong's bluntness, but replied, "Even I think I look a little cool", receiving looks of envy from the Cool Kidz team.
Nickhun's good looks were said to have played a role in the game. He was the first runner up from the Cool Kidz team and played against a newlywed couple from the Junggok-dong team.
The wife flustered the Junggok-dong team after she said she couldn't serve after noticing Nickhun's hot glaze. Her husband of three months complained, "This (Nickhun's good looks) is not fair!" and to advice to try to think of Nickhun as someone else, he muttered, "He's too handsome".
The gripping game and Nickhun's amazing good looks that even threw the opposing team off guard is shown through Cool Kidz on the Block's episode 15 which airs July 16th at 11:20 p.m. on KBS 2TV.
