Keep yourself busy at your workplace.

Set a goal for yourself and make an achievment.

Find a new hobby, like baking or knitting (try search up amigurumi and look at all the super cute projects!) or guitar. In a book I read, constantly experiencing new things and being able to tackle the obstacles keep humans happy.

I dont remmeber which book. Maybe The Happiness Project by gretchen rubin or quiet by susan cain. The happiness project is a fun read. it's a motivational/self-help kind of book, but the way it was written was more like a comedy/sitcom and is easily relatable to everyone (i think^^). It also helps us to find possibilities to optimize our happiness from changing the little things in our daily life.

I hope it helps.

Or maybe going to the amusement park to play. Pick the roller coaster. Shout out during the ride. It's helps.

Have a girls night out! Watch movies, sleepover, eat ice-cream together. That's how my friend cure her heartbreak. She calls us out for a sleepover in her house, we ate ice-cream, watch movies and gossip a little.
