her father is working and live in new york with her uncle and aunt and her cousin while mill-ryeon and her mother live with her grandma in korea every year on her bithday she will visit her father in new york then go back to korea, her grandma always spoiled her life seems so perfect for the little mill-ryeon until her grandma fell sick and die.

on her 14 she quit ballet because her grandma the one who will ask her hows the class going isnt there anymore, she become lonlier and her mother tell her to do an audition for the girl band called Flying Girl and she made it but the response not that good so she quit, she choose to focus on her school and study hard so that she will get a scholarship to new york, year after she quit the flying girl, irine and her parent come back from new york irine introduce her to the yg families
