Here goes nothing..

A lot of you already know the basics of the music video for their new song, but most haven’t seen the completed version of it, so most don’t know the entire story. I'm just here to tell the story, for those who don't have a clue. to those that know most, but just don't understand one thing.

Starting from the beginning, you have SHINee personifying Shinigamis, or 'death gods'. They aren’t devils; they are gods, trying to make the process of moving the dead over to the other side smoothly. There is a time frame they must keep up with, which would be Jonghyun's role since he's the time keeper. They are at a deserted bus stop with about 5-6 other people, all carrying one suitcase. The people board the bus, but Onew, who keeps track of all of the people boarding, notices someone is missing. Key, who knows all of the people that are supposed to pass as shown by his large book, opens to a page with a picture of a family.

Scene switch over to the hospital. There is a boy lying on a bed, apparently suffering from an illness. What isn’t shown in the 5 minute version is that there is an elderly lady lying in the bed next to him, most likely suffering from the same thing. There are cats outside, which are SHINee. Mortals cannot see Shinigamis, but see them as cats. Those that have moved on see them in their real form.

The scene moves onto the mother and father in the room with a doctor. The x-rays are of their son’s chest, probably meaning there is something wrong with his heart, although I don’t speak of read Japanese so I can’t say for sure.

Now it moves to the father in the room with his son. His father makes silly faces, trying to cheer his son up. What isn’t too noticeable though is that he’s blowing up a 'balloon', since his son loved it when his dad did that. This show not to bring a smile to his son, as he supposedly ignores his dad.

Now it shows the son in a hospital bed once again, sleeping. He had gone through a major operation, trying to cure his disease. During this time, the bed next to him is empty, meaning either the woman next to him left the hospital or passed on. The father meets SHINee in the hold, asking them to hold on, to give him more time. They say there isn’t more time, so the dad shoves between them, hoping to find something to make his son smile.

We find the dad in a strange room with a small chest. He opens is to reveal balloons. The balloons float about around the hospital and outside. The son wakes up, telling his mother to wake up, saying his dad sent him balloons. The dad keeps 'blowing up balloons' like he did for his son. His son finally smiles.

The father boards the bus, and the lady all the way in the back to the right was the woman next to his son. She had moved on, passing away. Key opens his book to show the father’s face in a newspaper clipping, along with a circus and a fire, showing the father was actually passed due to a fire burning down while he was performing at the circus. He had only wanted his son to smile before he completely moved on. It shows the bus pulling forward, driving away. Taemin, who appears to have the managerial spot, holds up his fist. The son holds his fist out as well, along with the father while he’s in the bus.

The music video ends with the bus moving upwards toward heaven.

And there it is! By the way, I changed a few things if you don't mind ^^; I didn't meant to copy, but it's just really helpful that I just had to share it! Gomawo and mianhae :)
