Personality: 
Eun Ha is a mature, intelligent, high class person on the outside that she showns out in public. Her outside personality is very calm and graceful, and she talks like she could be a scientist. Eun Ha is that type of girl that when a guy hits on her, she would grab her stuff and walks away without looking back.  But on the inside she would feel really stupid for doing that. She always has her hair down nicely and always wears deigner dresses. She only acts like this because of the class and wealth her fanily is in, she wouldn't want to be an embarrassment to her family... but then again she has older bother. Her real personality shows when your really get to knwo her, which her bestfriend and her brother sees. She may seem like a brilliant mind on the inside, but really, she is the most clumsiest person that you could know. She is very kind and friendly that she will run up to you holding her arms for a hug with a big smile on her face, but then trips and fall face flat on the floor. She can be nice, but if someone really pisses her off she can be a real . She is a real dork inside, that wears glasses and baggy clothes when no one is around.

Eun Ha is an overwhealmed college student that studies three courses; Beauty therapy, fashion design, and business at Seoul National University, so she needs a place to stay that is resonably close to her college camp site. She wants to own her own company that sells makeup that she created and wants people to wear her designs. Since she is an overwhelmed student, she is usually stressed and needs to finish projects on time to accomplish her goals. So her friend will try to ease her stress by bringing her out to clubs at least once a week, which she likes. But she hesitates because she really need to focus on her studies.

Background: 
She came from a very well off family who she truly respects. Her father is the CEO of a well-known bank called Bank of Seoul. He is very fatherly but is very strict about his children's future. Eun Ha's mother is an optometrist who has a master degree of optometry, and own's her own optometry business. Her mother is like her best friend, she can talk to her like a tipical girlfriend. Her parents are the ones who pays off her expenses. Eun Ha has one older brother, and he is uncontrollable. He runs away from his parents and hides from them, sometimes he stays at his sister's place. 

She has always encouraged by her parents to be successful in life, which brought her to stress about her studies. Eun Ha has never has a boyfriend but already has her first kiss.

Apartment:

Since Eun Ha is an overly stressed student, she has barely enough time to clean or just too lazy to, but she will clean if she knows there is a visitor or if there is an inspector coming to see the place. If she has absolutely have no time she could call a maid to do it. Usually once a week Eun Ha would call someone to clean up the place up. Mostly around her place there would be facriv pieces, and all them sewing materials.

Since her family is like a billionair, her place would be pretty fancy, but nope, it's not, her place is pretty simple, bright and cosy. her place is mostly white because it's her favourite colour, and has come bright colours here and there Also since she is a college student she would have books laying around places.

Why did the landlord lat you move in?: The CEO community know each other. Eun Ha's parents are CEOs and so is the CEO of Cipher, and so they know each other. and of couse you pay a bit more extre to stay at a place with a good view.
