You can also follow people, and they can follow you. You can make your acc. public or private. If someone mentioned you, you will revieve the tweet you were mentioned in.
well , you can make twitter like a diary . you can tweet anything that you think in your mind . no one will care even if it nonsense because it yours acc . you free to tweet anything with it . if you think other people tweet is interesting , you can retweet or favourites . you can even express your feeling in it . whether you are happy , sad or angry , just tweet it . like a diary :)

Twitter. You just can tweet where you wrote anything that came out in your mind xD and You can follow people. just search by their username. there's nothing to tell more about it. Its simple~ You'll get to use with it quick..
I think i can explain it. Actually twitter is easy to use. You can post whatever you want less than 140 character.
If you saw the other post, and you want to repost it, you can just retweet it :)
But make sure you old enough to use it. LOL
I'm not an expert but basically all you do is tweet(post a "status" like thing) retweet(used for if you like the post) and quote tweet(all it is is commenting on the tweet) and you can post picture like Facebook and there's probably more stuff but I don't really do alot on twitter except what I sorta explained.
