Weight Loss Journey: Pwease help me :3
Sticking to a new diet, don't want to go into much detail.
Should be able to lose 1kg a week if I stick to this diet I had suggested online.
Conists of 1200 calories per day, and this has been worked out properly for my height and age.
I believe I weigh around 52kg, I went to the doctor a few weeks ago and I was 51.8 but at the beginning of the year think I was 54kg. Sport helps me keep stuff off, but when I'm not playing I'm a blob :3
Dying to get to 45kg, and I really need some place to simply update about my happiness if I reach my goal (woop) or sadness if I eat too much candy :'( (Which I WONT be doing, *cough*)
