I don't think I can answer this question cos I like them all almost the same, but here I will try:
1. Minho : I like competive guy. he has passion. he doesn't want to lose and always does his best. I want to be like him. plus, he actually has a cute personality. :)
2. Onew: He has the ability to make me smile and laugh without even trying. lol I'd be always happy if I were with him. I guess.
3. JongUp: Hot and stupid! I like. lol
and god, there're Hoya, Niel, Seungho, Dujun, Eli, Eric, etc and etc... Where am I supposed to put them? /sob/ okay.. I'm not doing this. I'm not.
sunggyu: i have no idea how i fall for this man but everything bout him is endearing woohyun: lawl now this guy is actually my 1st bias b4 a guy name gyu came. I honestly love his nasal lines and his voice (especially in cactus omg) he's a seductive tree T.T Chanyeol: This guy is something else.
sunggyu - i still cant find the reason why i like him.
woohyun - cause of he's handsome and manly looks
daehyun - cause of his angelic voice (when it comes to voice Daehyun would be the first)
Daehyun - oh my god he is like a perfect package deal. lol. good looks, hot body and his amazing powerful voice. he is my top bias
L.Joe - i find him really cute and hot despite of his cute height haha
L - his adorable laugh and his killer looks ♥
Yoseob: he is my very first bias when I started getting into kpop
L: who can hate him?! He is handsome and no one can deny it (although if I can pick the whole infinite as my bias I would)
L.Joe: I like him the same way I like L (idk who I like more between L and him. Face is L but personality is L.Joe. GOD! what he said in beetle's code made me fall for him deeper ♥_♥)
