Minyoung is a smiley down to earth girl. She always keeps her emotions in, since that's how she was raised with. On the outside, she has a smile and looks strong, but in the inside, she's a very fragile and weak girl. She's really sensitive to things she doesn't like to do, or sad emotional things. Minyoung has a very caring side of her. She's like a mom for her young self, but she doesn't mind. She worries a lot about for the one she loves. She doesn't care what others say, since she wants them to be happy and healthy. So she's very motherly and always have this aura around her that gives her the motherly feeling. Other than her innocent weak image, she really is strong when it comes to a situation. She doesn't like crying, since it proves that she's weak, but sensitive..like I said. So she tries her best to show it.
When it comes to strangers, Minyoung's very shy but it depends on the people, she can greet them shyly or very weirdly. She has a lot of manners around new people, but after that she doesn't care if she embarasses herself in front of the whole world, since that's who she is. She's a weird beast, weird, but beastly at the same time. Minyoung can be very competitive at times if she's focus for one thing. Born and raised in California, but in two different cities. She was born in L.A, but lives in San Francisco. Minyoung is the only girl in her family, so she's always bothered by her older and younger brothes, but she gets spoiled by them at times. Even though she's spoiled, she's the kind to brag about it. Her childhood was quite rough when she lost her father at age 5. She would always get bullied because she didn't have a father, but she knew better. She had her family with her that stayed with her and protected her. So during her school years, she did her best to be the best for her father and family. Even if her father wasn't there, her brothers were always like her father...only the older ones. By middle school, Minyoung developed a love for singing. It was what connected her to her feelings. Since then she never stopped singing, but then she got into sports, which she loved both of them.
Her love for singing got herself awards for getting first or second place at talent shows, or sometimes she just volunteered for fun. Sometimes she would go sing in front of a restuarant or at the park and earn money for the orphanage. Playing sports led her to spend more time with her brothers. They were her coach during her freetime, but she had a set mind for it. When high school came, she became the multi talented star of the school.

When Minyoung went to a SHINee concert to support her sunbaes, she didn't know that Chanyeol would go. He was all up in a cap and mask all up in his face. She was walking trying to find her spot, until she bumped into someone, who was also looking for his spot also. They both rubbed their heads, as they looked at each other. When she turned and looked at him, he looked familiar, but she couldn't say, since it didn't pop in her mind. But Chanyeol knew who she was, since she was a trainee in the same agency as his. When they sat next to each other, she didn't realize that he took off his mask. He just watched her cheer like a little kid, which made him smile. When she looked at him her eyes widened and she immediately bowed. Chanyeol just laughed at her quick change. Since that day, Minyoung has always been embarassed for that and Chanyeol would for that.
