Elevators.

Reason? I feel as though it's going to break down (as in fully stop while going up or down) and then it's cable is going to break. I don't know why the I'm thinking about it but I feel like it is. And honestly if I were to ever get inside of one, the first thing I'll do is go way in the back, or on the sides, and hold onto the metal bars if it's provided. If it's not then prepare to hear me whimper and scream.
