[30 Day Challenge] Days 12-19: Getting Into K-Pop, Ultimate Bias and Band, Earliest Memory, Favorite Songs, Mainstream Music, erts, Underrated Artists, Disrespecting Parents

Day 12: How you got into kpop.

Okay, I don't exactly remember, but I do know that in 2008 or 2009, my brother showed me this Korean group called SHINee and I was like 10 or 11 so I was like okay what the heck is this. A few years ago, my mom started watching these Korean dramas and started listening to OSTs and stuff and at that time, other people in my school who were a grade older listened to K-Pop a lot (they don't now :() and so my mom and I started to listening to K-Pop more and more and it has brought us closer :')

Day 13: Your ultimate bias and band.

I really don't know. Ultimate bias......... literally my bias list changes every day, but for the past few months it's been somewhat consistently Zelo from B.A.P <3 My ultimate band would either be EXO, B.A.P, or U-KISS. <333

Day 14: Your earliest memory.

My memory is sososo bad and I'll probably post this one memory and remember an earlier one later. At this moment, the earliest I can remember is... going outside playing soccer with my dad and also on Christmas one year setting up the pretty little Christmas town thing I don't know what it's called. But yeah.

Day 15: Your favourite songs.

I'm not sure if I really have favorite songs. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm... At the moment, I guess my favorite songs/songs I've been listening to a lot lately (both American and Korean) would be:

- Upgrade U by Beyoncé
- Last Night by Chaos (I just found this song on Pandora and it's sososo catchy everyone should go listen to it if you haven't, it's Korean btw)
- Turn Off Your Phone by Jay Park
- You Know How We Do by Jay Park and Dumbfounded
- What's Your Name by 4minute
- Should Have Treated You Better by uBeat (Subunit of U-KISS ehehee)

Day 16: Your views on mainstream music.

I hate it when people are all like 'omg i hate mainstream music ew!!!!!!' ... It wouldn't be mainstream if no one listened to it so..

Day 17: The time you felt most like a ert, in relation to kpop.

EXO. That's all I am going to say. EXO has literally changed me. Like I've never really been into shipping until I got into EXO...

Day 18: The artist that should have more attention but doesn't.

U-KISS U-KISS U-KISS U-KISS U-KISS U-KISS LITERALLY THEY DEBUTED IN 2008 AND NOT ONCE HAVE THEY RECEIVED AN AWARD YET SERIOUSLY IT MAKES ME WANT TO CRY BECAUSE THEY WORK SO HARD AND THEY DESERVE IT SO MUCH <333

Day 19: Your view on people disrespecting their parents.

I think there's different levels of "disrespecting" one's parents. Sometimes it can be unintentional? Kids can be ignorant and oblivious and not even realize how rude they're being. On the other hand, oblivion is not really fully an excuse. I think we should also be respectful because of everything they've given to us. I'm being a real hypocrite right now because I am literally so disrespectful. I think that when I'm angry, I just forget how much my parents have done for me and when I look back, I really regret acting so rudely. But again, it all depends on one's situation. I can't speak for everyone.
