What I've been thinking these days

Yahoo!!!

Well actually, this blog post is not that friendly... maybe

Well, as you all may know, I'm Indonesian, and actually don't know if I should be proud of that. I'm proud as Indonesian, but I'm not proud with the people in it right now. I'm proud of our ancestors, our hero and other figure that make our life possible to be like now. But I felt, lots of people didn't respect that right now. Maybe if you're Indonesian and reading this you will understand what I mean. Most people still respect traditions and stuff, but the problem is... KIDS!! KIDS around me makes me sick....

WHY?? Hmmm okay, I don't know but I felt that KIDS these days didn't respect elder and look at Traditions as OLD FASHION sometime, TRASH. Well, not that all people act like that, only the "SPOILED RICH" one. TO BE HONEST! I WANT TO SLAP SENSE TO THEM

I don't like the fact that they USE ENGRISH to speak. What? Ur fluent?? it's no use if you didn't use it to communicate with foreign people, only to other Indonesian for STYLE?? gosh, ur freaking Indonesian, speak with your language. WHAT? CHATS??? Believe me even people who reads this didn't know how i speaks.Besides lot's people here already understands english, don't feel special speaking with it. Maybe others arent fluent, but others didn't fed me up. I find it a bit offensive too if they use it in front of lower class(well who they think so...), I felt they offended them. What will you feel if someone speaks with a language you didn't know, but  you are sure they actually be able to speak the language you know???? I trully will feel hurt though, and honestly they use it for that.

Well, it's a lie if I didn't use Engrish, u know what I mean, english that's mixed with other language or broken english hahaha. Well I use it sometimes just for jokes not as conversation media. I do sometime use Japanese while I know others didn't understands, well my reason so that it would not sound that harsh, that's all, I find somehow cursing words in Japanese are soft, so I use it hehehe...

Okay back to the BRAT thing. I also didn't like how those spoiled brat act like traditional food are poison. I saw a kid, okay a relative of mine that eat a traditional food with a disgusted face, BRAT, I AM MORE DISGUSTED AT YOU!! WHAT?!! YOU LIKE PASTA?????? HEY EVEN THE ONE WHO CREATE PASTA (I'm not sure, is it ITALY?) THEY STILL EAT PASTA!! YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN, IT'S THEIR TRADITIONAL FOOD!!! While they also eat other country food.

Please be embarrasseeeddddd brat, I saw foreign people eat our traditional food and they like it, they try it even though sometimes it has a weird form or whatever. But they try to appreciate us and try to eat it with smile.

WHATS MORE FUNNY IS!!!! I found another brats that cannot speak Indonesian but speaks english fluently? what you're embarrassed by your mother language???? Go change ur nationality please.... fine if your half blood or something... let me tell you... those brat arent. THEY ARE SIMPLY SPOILED RICH BRAT.

Okay, so to finish my rant, I don't think that all rich Indonesian kids are like this I'm saying the SPOILED RICH BRAT THAT DIDN'T RESPECT THEIR OWN TRADITION.

I look up too Japanese and Korean for holding their tradition but still be able to be 'Modern' , do you need to forget where you're from to be famous or so?? to be called "GAUL"[Indonesian should understand this word]

Sorry if annything offends you, but here are my rant and thought about how I cannot understands kids these days...

thank you, nyaos!

Woah~ Setuju! *LOL* The younger generation is getting more and more ruined. The thing I'm most embarrassed as Indonesian is the fact that so many people are super lebay nowadays, uugh... Damn sinetron and plagiarist 'idols'.

All Hail TaeNy~

One must not lose their identity for the sake of modernization.

Ohh.
Perhaps parents and teachers team up for them to appreciate your culture and tradition. An unnie even studied bahasa indonesia so that she could visit Bali one day. She tells me how she pictures herself in the marketplace holding flowers, wearing a dress.
Anyway, they need to see it, experience it, to appreciate it.
