I tore a vein in my throat from the constant vomiting caused by the stomach virus I had so now when I throw up, a good sum of blood comes out and not just streaks.

Anyways, I’m not really okay cause after what happened my throat is killing me and I’m feeling really really bad.

I want to vomit but I can’t and it just . I don’t feel good at all and this is the 5th day now I’ve felt this way. I thought I was getting better but I’m not so… I’ll be on leave. Sorry.
