Isaac’s uncle happened to be Yang Hyun Seuk, the CEO of YG Entertainment. He noticed the boy’s talent since his move to Seoul but never suggested anything until the boy became famous in the underground. When Isaac turned 16, he was offered to start training under his uncle’s company. No audition was needed ashis uncle saw enough of Isaac’s talent to get him to start training right away. Isaac was happy to get accepted and was very excited to know that he would become an idol one day. However, his training days were the worst days of his life. Other trainees in YG didn’t really like halfies and being a foreigner, Isaac was often teased and made fun of. Especially, because of his accent, his attitude and mixed race looks. Isaac didn’t dare to tell anything to his uncle even though he would probably benefit from it but being a nephew of a company CEO was just another reason for the other trainees to pick on him. It wasn’t that bad. He made a few friends, one of them being a famous CL of 2NE1. One trainee especially got on his nerves. Lee Seunghyun a.k.a. SeungRi, the maknae of Big Bang. Even though Seungri was already an idol by the time Isaac started training, Seungri for some reason loved to pick on Isaac. Isaac didn’t like it but he couldn’t tolerate Seungri’s annoying and stuck up behaviour. One day, just before he turned 18, Isaac snapped and him and Seungri had a massive fight, resulting into punch on.
After that fight, Isaac decided to leave YG. His uncle didn’t want him to leave but knew that it was probably for the best. Isaac found his way back to the underground dancing where he was again scouted by a SM Entertainment representative this time. Isaac hesitated in accepting but the urge to make his dream of becoming an idol won over his will. A couple of months after his 18^th, Isaac audition for SM and got accepted. This time, he refused to let people know too much about himself and he didn’t make many friends while training hard under the new management. He dedicated himself to his dream, working hard until he was pronounced to become a backup dancer for TVXQ, when he was 20. After another year of training and great improvement, Isaac was chosen to debut as a third and newest member of TVXQ, alongside of U-Know Yunho and Max Changmin, under a stage name of Sony Isaac.

Personality; 
Isaac is a mysterious and quiet guy. He appears distant around people and only talks when he has to. He may seem like a trouble maker and a boy with great ego and attitude but in fact, Isaac hates fighting and would avoid any kind of conflict at any cost. For some reason, Isaac has this warm, ­­­­­­­­­­­­almost inviting aura around him that makes people easily attracted to him. Their first impression of Isaac is of someone who has a great ego and is a troublemaker therefore a lot of people often underestimates him. However, even though Isaac holds that cold and disinterested façade, he is a very nice person, open-minded and easy-going. He doesn’t give away his trust easily and takes his time opening up to others because he’s afraid of those he loves or cares about leaving him so he doesn’t want to get too attached to people. Therefore, he acts hard to get and is sometimes rather arrogant, concentrating himself on minding his own business as he doesn’t like much attention on him. Regardless to his attitude, Isaac is a very polite kid with good manners and respect for others.
When someone manages to see through Isaac’s façade, they discover a loyal and trustworthy friend who is always there when you need him. He’s very mature, independent and responsible for his age, but like any other teenager, he likes to have fun. Being easy-going and open-minded, people enjoy his company as he is easy to talk to and fun to be around. Isaac cares deeply for those who are important to him and it usually surprises people how protective he can be over someone. Isaac is very honest, with a rather sharp tongue and is not afraid to tell the truth into a person’s face, even though he hates fights. He only says it for the best, as he hates people ing or picking on him or his friends.
Isaac is very devoted and passionate about what he does and loves. He is quite stubborn and determined when he wants something. Isaac is the kind of a person who believes he can always do better than he’s already doing. Therefore, he often goes hard on himself, often putting others’ wellbeing before his own. Not to prove himself to others or to compete with those who may be better than him but he does it because he enjoys it and because he wants to make something out of his life.
Isaac is very affectionate and when he opens up to someone, he will share a lot of skinship with that person. He doesn’t do it with anybody but he does enjoy occasional hugs or caresses from people around him.
It may not seem like it but Isaac is very smart and has a good feel for what is right and what is wrong, he just doesn’t like to show off in front of people with how much he knows about things. He’s not a blabbermouth and doesn’t brag about anything. Isaac rarely does anything to intimidate or angry anyone but when he knows that he’s wrong, he will admit it and apologize if he thinks he has to.
Isaac is very patient and doesn’t lose his temper easily but when something really upsets him, he will snap. He doesn’t like crying in front of people but when his emotions get too much to bear, he would prefer having someone by his side to comfort him, even though he would never admit it.

Background; 
An Taekson, also known as Isaac An, was born in Boston, USA, on February 29^th 1991, to a relatively common family. Well, they might appear common but they certainly weren’t a typical American family. His mother is Croatian and his father is full Korean and was a divorced man, 10 years older than his Isaac’s mother, with two kids from his first marriage. His first wife left him soon after their daughter, Isaac’s step-sister Daye, was born. When she was 10 years old and her older brother, Isaac’s step-brother Tony, was 13, their father met Isaac’s mother and they had Isaac. Five years later, they also had Isaac’s biological siblings, twin brothers, Tyson and Tyler. Also, Isaac himself was born with a genetic disorder, carried by his mother, called heterochromia, which is basically a lack of pigments in his genes. As a result, Isaac has two eyes of two different colours. He is the only one to have it alongside of his mother and it often bothered him because a lot of people around him found that weird.
Despite the messy family, Isaac had a carefree childhood, growing up in a peaceful neighbourhood with a family that stuck together and loved each other. However, not everything could always be perfect and when he was 10, Isaac’s life turned upside down. His father was a police office, one of the best in his brigade, and often patrolled the troublesome neighbourhoods around Boston. One night, while he was on a patrol, he got shot and died of a wound as it pierced straight through his lung. There was no way he could survive. Isaac’s mother was devastated and left with five children, unemployed, with no family to go to as she was an orphan. After the death of her husband, Isaac’s mother took her children to Seoul, South Korea to live with her sister in law and her husband.
Isaac was always inspired to become a dancer. His biggest inspiration was his step-brother Tony who got scouted as a teenager in Boston by a representative of SM Entertainment. His brother was 16 when he moved to Seoul to train to become a member of the famous Kpop boyband H.O.T. Even though he was only 5 at the time, Isaac loved to watch his brother’s music videos and would often dance and rap, sometimes even sing, to H.O.T. songs. When his family moved to Seoul, Isaac continued to dance and even got into underground dancing battles at the age of 15. He was very talented and quickly gained respect and popularity amongst the underground artists. He continued his path to fame through training at YG from the age of 16, and then moving to SM Entertainment when he was 18. He debuted as the newest addition to the famous Dong Bang Shin Gi (DBSK) when he was 21.
Recently, Isaac’s mother and his two younger brothers went back to Boston to ‘visit’ Isaac’s father as it was the 12^th year after his death. They also decided to participate in Boston marathon since their father loved to participate in marathons before he died. Because of busy schedules, Isaac and his step-siblings, Tony and Daye had to stay at Seoul. Sadly, Isaac’s mother and the twins just had to be there at the rail when the bomb exploded. As soon as they heard about Boston bombing, Isaac, Tony and Daye made their way to Boston only to find out that Isaac’s mother died during the bombing. The older of the twins Tyler was left deaf while the younger, Tyson lost a leg. Isaac wanted to leave his career to take care of his brothers but because his siblings knew how important it was to him, they offered to take care of the twins. His younger brothers also supported him and Isaac knew that despite all the troubles their family’s been through, they still have each other.

Younger brother (elder twin - left) | they used to be awkward around each other, but recently they started to grow closer | Tyler is a goofy, laid back person. He’s very clumsy, funny and sometimes may appear careless but the truth is, he is a good actor. He can keep his composure even at the hardest times and would never show his weak side to anyone. In reality, he is a tough-looking guy with a big heart. He’s a very trustworthy friend and cares about people close to him. Even though he cannot hear properly anymore since the accident, he can still make people laugh and adore him as he has a special aura around him like his older brother Isaac. They knew each other very well as they were brothers but since they had different interests and different personalities, they just found their relationship awkward. However, after Tyler became deaf, Isaac was the first person to sacrifice his time for Tyler and his twin brother and take care of them, firstly by learning sign language to communicate with Tyler. Tyler has been thankful to his older brother and has started to depend on him a lot.

Natural athlete, Tyson was very good at soccer, basketball and running. After loosing his leg in Boston bombing, he recieved compassion from his friends but lost his popularity. He doesn’t mind it as he does prefer peaceful surroundings over noisy fangirls in his school. He used to be always cheerful and bubbly but after the accident Tyson became rather bipolar. One moment he can be nice and charming but the other he can be quite arrogant and hot-headed. He has quite a temper and it’s not hard to piss him off. He can be very stubborn as well. Nevertheless, Tyson's a very reliable person, a very good listener and a loyal friend. | An ‘Tyson’ Tae Son | 17 | Isaac and Tyson have always been close, closer than twins themselves. They know everything and anything about each other and rely on each other a lot and have their own ways of having fun. Tyson looked up to his older brother, wanting to be hard-working like him. He's very protective of Isaac who has always been there for him, and even though they often fight even over the smallest things, they always make up soon after that. Isaac is the only person who can put up with Tyson's bipolarness and since the accident he has been devoting himself to his younger brother, he even got him a denture for his leg, helping him to get back into running and sports even as a disabled person.

Jung Yunho | close, almost like siblings/lovers | Yunho is a modest and well-rounded guy, plays it tough in front of others, but he can be very sensitive. He is a definition of a gentleman. He’s kind and always takes care of others, often putting them before his own well-being. He has a big heart and hates seeing people get hurt. Despite his charismatic and charming nature, Yunho can be quite a cutie. However, he can be stubborn as well and can get rather protective over people he cares about. Idol [TVXQ] | 27 | Yunho is another person (apart from Tyson) that knows Isaac inside out. They used to be awkward around each other but as they grew close, they started to get very affectionate with each other since Isaac debuted as a part of TVXQ. They share a lot of skinship and Yunho is one of the people he goes to first when something troubles him. They share a lot together and are always seen together. Some fans often pair them together as Taekyun but they can't see each other like that. They consider each other more like siblings because they like to tease each other and they help each other out a lot.

Shim Changmin | bandmates, sometimes fight | Childish and playful, Changmin rarely takes anything seriously. He may appear charismatic and a gentleman but on the other side, he's a real flirt and a charmer. Jung Krystal | ex-girlfriend, obviously not very close anymore | She has a very bubbly personality and is very girly. She is very nice to her friends but people who don't know her would say she's rude and arrogant. She's very overprotective, sometimes even possessive over those she 'cares' about. She would do anything to keep someone by her side and can be really y about it. | Idol [f(x)] | 20 | Isaac and Krystal used to date when Isaac first became a backup dancer for TVXQ. She didn't notice him before that even though they were trainees together but since then she's been very clingy of him. Isaac didn't mind her bubbly personality since he thought she was trying to be his friend. When she asked him to date her, he agreed becasue he never dated before so he though she was interested in him. However, he soon got tired of it becuase she was so possessive so just before he debuted with TVXQ, he broke it off. He didn't meant to hurt Krystal, but since the breakup, she's been  going hard on him. She would be arrogant to him one minute but the other she would full on flirt with him.

Lee Seunghyun [Seungri] | they have a very bad relationship, they even got into a fight once | Mischievous and playful, Seungri is a big player even though he sometimes acts like a child. Being the maknae of Big Bang, he's used to attention he gets from YG, manager and his bandmates. He's very charismatic and flirtatious and is used to getting what he wants. He may appear careless and arrogant but is actually a good friend when you get to know him. However, if you ever get on his nerves, he will make you life a living hell. | Idol [Big Bang] | 22 | Isaac never really showed it, but Seungri always annoyed him with his stuck up attitude. Seungri, on the other side, really envied Isaac for having YG as his uncle and being naturally talented in dancing and getting a big credit for it. Seungri was also raised to despise halfies like Isaac becuase for some reaosn his parents didn't like those. So he despised Isaac for it and still does. Isaac on the other side, ignores all the remarks Seungri gives him even now when he's an idol. Even though they keep their grudge against each other of the camera, Seungri still picks on Isaac whenever he has a chance.

Interactions; They act like brothers most of the time. At first their interactions are awkward because Yonghwa is trying to get to know the younger while Isaac is rather quiet most of the time. After a while, they get close and they start to interact like brothers more than an actual couple. Yonghwa often teased Isaac and would act silly, while Isaac would be the more 'mature' one who has cute and dumbfounded reactions.

His personality; YongHwa is very sweet and gentle. He takes care of those who are important to him and sets a great example of leadership and responsibility. However, he likes to attract attention as well, usually by acting silly or teasing others. Yonghwa likes to have fun but never goes across the limits. When he does something wrong or hurts someone, he makes sure to apologize even if it wasn't his fault. He's very devoted to the things he likes, especially to music and his band. When he likes someone, Yonghwa wants to make them feel special.
Yonghwa can be really talkative and easy-going but sometimes he just doesn't hold back his tongue. He often overreacts and makes a fuss over something that wasn't even that big. He can also be stubborn. He has a lot of patience and doesn't lose his temper easily but when he wants something, he will work hard to get it.

Interactions; They have a rather weird relationship. Nichkhun likes fun people but because Isaac is so quiet, it is rather awkward between them. Nichkhun often doesn't know what to to motivate Isaac so he often makes an idiot out of himself by acting either cute or manly. Isaac takes his time opening up but after a while Isaac begins to entertain Nichkhun and shower him with affection which Nichkhun likes. They have a rather adorable relationship, with Nichkhun protecting Isaac like a man and Isaac taking care of Nichkhun like a woman.

His personality; 
Nichkhun may appear shy and awkward but it is only because of his poor Korean knowledge that he acts that way. Usually Nichkhun is a very lively person who likes to talk a lot and do a lot. He's competitive and likes attention which can sometimes go on people's nerves. However, he's very caring and trustworthy and that's what makes him a good friend. He might appear possessive and stuck up but he would actually give his everything and do anything for the ones he cares about. Nichkhun can be a bit stubborn and sometimes clingy but he doesn't like fights and would rather solve a problem through talkive over fighting.
