Since when did photoshop or graphic making skills have anything to do with writing?

I have been here since 2010 and I tell you, there is no correlation between poster making and story writing. (Psychology even has the left brain - right brain theory. Lol.) These skills are independent of each other.

I have read a whole lot of good fics with no posters. Sometimes, posters distract me, messes with my imagination lol. And I have met amazing graphic artists who confess not being able to write a decent story. (I agree, to some extent.)

Okay. I just want to make that clear. Not that my friends need clarifying. I just want to comment on anonymous lol

graphics and writing are totally different things. they may fall under art but they are a different kind of art.

writing is the way to explain things through words, expression is the perfect thing to described it. its something that could be read, its visual but its things that could be read or spoken. meanwhile graphics are things that are visual, mostly no words are needed, the picture resembles itself. hopefully this person uses its brain next time, im not even in college but i know the difference. a 7 year old would too.
