personality: Kangseop is quiet and and keeps to himself, he doesn't talk much but you know that saying 'you can't judge a book by it's cover', well that saying is completely true just look at him and you'll see it. He may be quiet, handsome and cute but behind all of that is a persistant, hyper, up-for-anything, go with the flow, laid back but possessive guy. When he set his eyes on something he finds interesting there is no stopping him until he gets what he wants and if you try to come between him or you're in his way well then good luck.

Kangseop can throw anyone die hard, finger curling, calling for a punch aegyo. He doesn't care if people don't like it or do like it, he's do it anyways. The mysterious but troublemaking aura that surrounds him makes everyone wary and aware of his presence in the room but his eyes makes them smile in relief, they're nice, innocent and warm. Kangseop lives to make others smile, he loves to make them smile, laugh or simply jus tbe happy and up-mood.

Expressing himself isn't a problem for him. Honestly he's perfectly capable of saying what he feels but because he loves to use skin-ship and actions to show his emotions maybe it's because he likes to act cute and child-like, it's even worse with the girl he likes, he just loves to make cute skinship with her. His determination and persistance go hand in hand so once he set his sights on something expect him to get it no matter what. Like every other human being he gets jealous and considering his possessive personality, he gets jealous very easily, when he gets angry everyone knows it's best not to leave him alone because he will feel better when someone is there to comfort him.. background: When Kangseop was young his father wanted him to be a soccer player and alongside his mother wanted him to play musical instruments. His father is a professional soccer coach and derived from being one of the best soccer players back in the days. Well Kangseop's family wasn't rich-off. When his parents got married, they were mostly in debt because his father's career started to head south as he grew old and went up from retirement. While his mother only worked a small bakery shop. Even though the shop was famous for its good and fresh bakes, it was still hard to get around with paying the bills, buying the needs food, and care for the children. So it was not the end for them. His father was in mid 30's when he started to play again but decided to be a coach instead, therefor making him a richer man now. His mother's bakery soon became a success after a few reporters wrote about it in the newspaper, going there became viral for a while.

When Kangseop was born, he was the second youngest out of 3. He started off playing soccer and starting musical instruments when he was 4 and when he became 10, was a very good soccer player. Kangseop found out that becoming a top soccer player wasn't his dream. When he was 13, he became severly obsessed with singing and playing trumpet and piano. He was a better pianist than soccer player. After realizing his skills, his parents worked hard to take him to Seoul Arts High where there he is still learning and trying to succeed. Alongside, when he was in freshman he decided to go and audition under many entertainments, the first to accept was YG, but he didn't like the style of how they trained and soon moved to Illuminance Entertainment and got accepted.

how did you get in?:

trainee years: 5 years under YG and SM

background: Being a trainee wasn't all fun and games for Kangseop, since his parents worked he had to take care of his little sister, sometimes he would practice then leave early to pick her up from school and bring her to practice with him. The CEO wasn't all too happy with it but she let is slide knowing his family situation, sometimes if he's lucky he would get his cousin to watch her while he practiced but that also mean't he had to put a lot more effort and time into his practice but he didn't mind, in fact it just gave him more time to work and perfect his dancing and singing.

Although he did make alot of memories with the people he was supposed to really band up with in SM and YG, he had to leave. SM had to take him out of the group just because they already had a lead singer and visual. When he was in YG he never got why his band members were so cocky now that they were going to be famous. He certainly didn't like their attitude and later on found out he could never agree with what the guys wanted and so it ended up with him moving again. It took a while before he got accepted into a new Entertainment, but when eh did he knew it was the one, Illuminance ENT.

how did you meet?: They met when they were both trainees. Although they did have different companies their friends were just a big loop and everything connected together. Her friends knew his friends. And when the two groups started to hang every now and then after practice, he got closer to her and she got closer to him. Feelings started to form but he coulnd't say them because she was soon going to debut. On the last day of Seungyeon's freetime, a day before her debut stage with KARA, she kissed him and said she likes him. And he told her too. Soon after that they became busy but she still never forgot him and always went to visit him, then he asked her and she said yes.
