To be honest, I'm not really much of a writer. I'm that ideas kind of person.
By that I mean, I give the ideas and someone else does the writing. 

Sooo, this is my first time literally embarking on writing a story with ongoing chapters. 
I'm not that confident with how this story will flow but so far I'm really thankful that people are taking their time reading it. 



My fanfic 'That Summer's Day' is actually just a plot idea for my film class that I completely forgotten about.
After seeing the old scrap of paper again where I wrote it, I though that maybe I could expand this story into something more. 

I already had Sulli in mind but Kai being the lead was (believe it or not) just an accidental choice.
It was suppose to be Taemin playing the role of the forlorn protagonist
so I watched videos after videos of Taemin to get the idea of who I'm writing about. 
Then, stupidity struck when I saw the most perfect portrait shot of "Taemin" and began to use it as a character  inspiration. 

With the whole story unfolding right before my eyes, I was very pleased that "That Summer's Day" was going to be finally written about. 

Or so I thought. 

While I was browsing through a kpop b/w themed tumblr page, I stumbled again on the photo that I used for Taemin's character
but something in the tags completely caught me off guard.

"exo kai" "jong in" "exo"  "kai" 

My first reaction was to laugh like a maniac but that didn't last long.
I, a closet-exotic couldn't possibly mistaken Kai as Taemin, right? 

Wrong. I did think that. 

So, I changed everything in the last minute before I started to write the whole fic.
I also added Sehun as a bonus because we need more lisp-cuties in our lives.

The Sulli-Kai pairing was a bit awkward to me at first but I grew to love it and now I'm completely shipping it. 

And this is how "That Summer's Day" became a joy to write.
