Nicknames(s) » She grew up with the nickname Melon ever since she was a small child. The reason for that is because she has an unhealthy addiction to eating Melon, and it happens to be somewhat close to her own name Melody. She doesn't particulary like to be called that, but what can the girl do?

Appearance » Melody doesn't have any tattoo's. Truthfully, she believes that every girl should keep their body clean from any ink or damage. But, that doesn't mean she likes to tan every so often. At times, she likes to straighten her hair, but only when she's in a good and cheerful mood. Also, she rarely wears any makeup, but if she does, then she would definitely be wearing eyeliner.

Personality » Melody never has a problem with making friends, it's keeping them that's hard. Even if she can seem like the most bubbly and outgoing girl you've ever seen, truthfully, deep down inside she hides her true emotions and that's one of the reasons why she can't hold any friendly relationships. Good at heart, she likes to spend her time making other people smile, and cheering them up. Even if it means that she would have to take off all her clothes and go jump in a lava pool, she'd do it to see other people's happiness. Melody can't keep secrets, and she has a huge jabber mouth. She might say she'll keep something a secret, but in the end things just happen to come out of by accident. She just hopes people won't get offended by her slight jabber mouth problem.
She seems to be an overlooker, and she always takes things the wrong way. For instance, if you tell her to go jump off a cliff, then she'd really believe that you'd want her too kill herself. Call her ditzy, but she fails to understand that she really is. Even though she can be a little dumbstrucked at times, she is actually quite smarter than what she looks. She wasn't number one in her class for nothing. Ask her anything, and she'll tell you the answer right away. Melody can get pretty playful at times, and when I mean playful, I mean just down right too excited. She'll always be that one girl who laughs a little bit longer than she should.

• Taking long strolls along the beach side.
• Eating too much sweets. Even if she eats over a 1000 worth of calories, she'll never gain a pound.
• Dancing at random times.

• Anything that has an adorable face.

• Mornings. Don't wake her up too early, she'll go all Rambo on your !

• Crabs. She dreads them with a passion, and whenever she see's them on the beach she'll run away in terror.

• She has a fear of being left alone. She always loves company, so be aware of that.
• Drowning. Even though she has been living by the beach for a while, she still has that one fear of drowning in the ocean. Don't ask why, it's just a thing she'll always be afraid of.
Hobbies »
• Doing yoga.
• Particapting in volleyboy tournaments. She's a sports maniac, so she's doing anything athletic!
• Writing poems.
• Visiting nursing homes. She loves to talk to elderly who know more about the world that she does. She often gets inspiration from them, and she sticks by their word a lot of the time.
Habits »
• Breathing heavily when she's listening to music.
• When she sits down, she sits like a guy. People have to tell her, so nobody would try to look up her skirt or anything.
• Humming when she doesn't want to her anything she doesn't want to hear. It usually blocks any sounds out.
• Looking into any mirror, checking too see if she looks okay or not.
Trivia »
• When she was a small child, she was chubby. When she was about thirteen years old, she decided that she had to be more athletic, so she got herself doing yoga ever since.
• She loves to speak in English at random times. Whenever she's around koreans who don't know the language, she'll tend to say something to them in English and they'll get curious, or just downright mad!
• She's allergic to sunscreen. That's one of the reasons why she's so tan most of the time, is because she doesn't use it.

Best friend 2 » Seohyun (SNSD) | 21 | College Student | Shy, Non-Talkative, Awkward, Pessimist | Seohyun and Melody are two complete opposites, but that doesn't mean they can't be friends right? Melody is always helping Seohyun out, and she takes care of her like she was the actual unnie. That's one of the reasons why their so close.

When Melody first came to the beach, Yuri was nice and sweet too her, but it turned out that she was only jealous of Melody and so she started to spread nasty rumors about her to co-workers. Ever since then, the two disgust one another, and they can't stand to hear eachothers names | They try not to talk to eachother, and avoid any contact what so ever. If they do see themselves at times, they just give back death glares and walk off.
Favorite worker(s) » Kris, Zelo, and Chen. She likes those three guys, because they tend to understand her more than the other workers, and they don't down grade her just because she's a foreigner.
Least favorite worker(s) » Himchan, and Bang Yong Guk. She doesn't really dislike them, but she finds them scary to approach, so she watches them only from a far distance.
Does she like where she works » Yes, because she enjoys wherever she works. She takes working to consideration, and she enjoys her co-workers dearly. She couldn't ask for a better job.
How did she get the job » To be honest, when she first came to the beachside, she wasn't really looking for a job. She only wanted to stroll, but when Kris found her alongside the beach, he immediantly asked if she wanted to work at the Seaside Atlantis. The reason being, is because he said they would attract more foreign customers, and that they'd be happy to see a fresh and different face around here. So, she took the job.
Lifestyle » Her hotel room is considered the most neat and tidy. Whenever you step inside her room, the first thing you notice is that there is nothing on the floor, and the room smells like fresh oranges. I wouldn't consider her room to be rich-like, but it isn't considered poor either. She just likes to keep her room clean, and she dreads the word 'dirty clothes', so you don't have to worry about stepping on dirty underwear here and there.

Relationship » Melody often gets really shy around Tao, which, to him, he finds absolutely adorable. She tries not to screw up around him, and sometimes wishes that he'd stop trying to talk to her only for the sake that she doesn't want to embarrass herself around him. He teases her a lot, and he can't help but follow her around like a lost puppy. He knows that she likes him, and so thats one of the reasons he can't help but be attracted to the pretty young foreigner. At some moments, when she finally opens up to him, he likes to make her laugh by acting like an awkward panda, and so he gets really happy when he gets to make her smile. But, when he sees her talking to other guys, he tends to let his angry side out and he gets really grabby with her, and acts like he owns her or something. If anybody tries to touch her, or say ual comments towards her, then he'd go all Bruce Lee on their !
How did he ask you to be his girlfriend... or how did YOU ask him to be YOUR boyfriend » It was only the third day that she has been working at her job, and he asked her out the first time he saw her. It was dreadfully awkward when he asked her out, or for her it was. The only reason he asked her out was because it was a dare from his best friend Luhan, who seemed to find Melody quite the catch at the time. Tao, with his head held high, went over to where she worked and asked her out with as much sympathy as possible. She blushed, as he asked her out, but she refused him and told him that she didn't even know him that well. He got really frustrated, so he just told her it was a dare, and so she said ''yes'', and they started to ''go out'' from there. He continuelly started to develop actual feelings for her, and so he started to as much as possible.
Ideal first date » Melody's ideal first date would have to be a night out on the beach, watching fireworks. It's not really that fancy, but she's always found that kind of date just enchanting to her. Ever since she was a tiny little girl, she always dreamed of being besides a handsome young man who sat beside her, with his arm draped around her waist, as they watched the fireworks boom across the sky.
Fun facts » Melody now has a collection of stuffed pandas, which she has recieved from Tao himself. She has about fifty of them all in her room, and the reason he gives her pandas, is because he wants her to think about him all the time when she is alone in her room. Melody finds this creepy, and a bit erted, but she secretly likes that, and so she keeps her happy emotions to herself. Tao also likes to play around with her by teaching her some of his special wufu moves, and he often tries to train her when they have the time, so he can teach her to protect herself. (His protective side just comes out at the most random times! xD)

If a child was crying and lost, what would you do » Uh, of course I would go comfort the child! What sane person wouldn't help a child in need?! I wouldn't just leave a hopeless kid to cry. Of course, I would ask him/her where their parents were. I always want visitors of any age to be safe here at the Seaside Atlantis! It's just my job ya' know?
How would you deal with a king and jester arguing with each other » Um, to be honest, I would just leave them be. *nervously laughs* They can fend to themselves, and I really don't want to get involved in an argument. Arguments just .... scare me. I mean, I would love to help them out, but things would just turn really serious.
What ride or stall would you recommend first to first-time visitors » Psh, the spinning fortress of death of course! It's the best freaking ride there! I mean, maybe some visitors don't like scary rides, but they'll especially love this one! *nods head frantically* I just hope they don't throw up >.< Eh, oh well, if they do I'll just blame it on Kris . . .

• I would like a scene between her and Yuri, where they get in an intense cat fight on the pier with everybody watching them. As they're fighting, I would like Tao come break up the fight, and pull Melody back. She'd still be angry and want to keep fighting her, but he kisses her so she'd calm down.
