Hey guys~!!! ^-^ so I need your help on something.. Im graduating this year and I wanted to do something different to my hair. So I have 2 things I could do, a permanent perm that lasts for a whole year? Or purple and red highlights? I really dont know what to do. I like them both! But sadly my mom wont let me get them :( PLEASE HELP~~ I really cant choose and I want your opinion ^-^
