So a little recap.

On 6 February, first we were treated to a bit of SunSky hanging out in the gym~

After that, we got GD posting a picture and asking for Chaerin's opinion.

Later, we found out that he was at the tattoo parlour getting new tattoos. Now, SkyDragon-shippers were happy enough that GD actually mentioned her on a picture. Imagine our SHOCK when they went on to have a conversation on IG.

Although we were given a preview of the tattoo design, it was only until recently that we got to see some of the tattoos he got that day in full glory.

I should also mentioned that this sofa was the same sofa that Chaelin took a photo on with the caption "feelin rouge". She deleted the photo soon after GD uploaded his photo (or before that, I have no idea but the photo was deleted). Below is a repost from my own IG acct. Today, when I saw this update from Chaerin, the first thought I had was, "Damn, I'm pretty sure I have seen this somewhere before." I'm VERY sure this came across most of GD-CL shippers' mind. 

Now, a few things I want to write about recent events. Should I start with the sofa or this new obsession with the color red? Let's just start with the tattoos first.

When GD posted the photo and asked Chaerin for her opinion, I was kinda stunned. I'm like, 'Ok, I know the picture is of the 4 suits in the poker cards, but why would you ask CL about it? Are you going to get it tattooed on yourself? Suggest to CL to get one (I have to add some people translated one of the msg as GD asking CL to get a real tattoo), or did he simply wanted attention from Chaerin who was having a ball of a time hanging in the gym with Youngbae?" It's up to ANYONE's guess. 

Now the other thing that ALWAYS puzzled me is, HOW ON EARTH DID THE 2 OF THEM KNOW THAT THE OTHER HAD LEFT A MESSAGE? Chaerin, till today has not followed anyone on IG. Which means her news for the people she's following is probably blank. How the hell did she know that GD has mentioned her on his photo? And how did GD know that she left a comment on his IG (maybe it's possible for him to check but it would mean that some kind of notification would go on right?). IG doesn't work the same way as Twitter, at least from what I found out. If the person you mentioned is NOT following you, he won't get a notification. If this is true, then Chaerin won't have found out about GD mentioning her on his photo and GD won't have found out that she left a comment. You will also notice that the conversation they had, both of them didn't mention each other. My guess/conclusion then was they either 1. was beside each other when this whole messaging is going on 2. SOME kind of communication must be going on between the two to have been able to sift thru the comments that keep coming in. They didn't delete the comments. It just got lost after the influx of comments. 

The only mystery now would be if they actually have the tattoos for real. Personally, I don't think so. But either way, it didn't matter because GD obviously saw the photo and left a comment on the photo.

Actually I thought if the tattoo was real, then Chaerin might have been with him at the tattoo parlour which was why the conversation on IG could have happened. Now that he had asked this, it's either he didn't know whether they really did get a tattoo or he's acting dumb. OR he knew CL did it since she might have been at the tattoo parlor with him but he didn't know that the others had it done as well. One more thing about communicating on IG. Other than Chaerin, Bom is the only 2NE1 member with an IG account. I don't think Dara or Minzy has one or they don't really use it. Neither does Bom. GD does communicate with the other 2NE1 girls on Twitter (not much with Minzy) but this seemed to be the only SNS that GD actually communicates (or attempts to) with CL. So I feel that it's somewhat significant. He usually would like her photos but the recent ones that she posted, the one revealing her waist, he didn't like that but like the one after that. 

Next, because I have a crazy imagination and of course this interpretation is only valid in my GD-CL world, I thought it was actually a cute response to the question of the 2 related photo.

GD: Chaerin ah, how about this?

CL: Destiny

*Fangirl scream*

Of course I'm fully aware that Chaerin probably meant that 2NE1, the four members gathered together is destiny, I'm not blind nor delusional. I just have vivid imagination. (ASIDE: If you are not happy with my ship, go back to your own. I don't bother your ships so don't come and bother mine.) Whether or not they had the real tattoo, it doesn't bother me much. But honestly, I seriously doubt it. Korea as a country still kinda frown upon tattoos. If you notice a lot of times, artistes with tattoos have to have them covered up. Girls with tattoos, even if it's small, might not be well accepted. 

Anyway, Jiyong darling, if you want her attention or telling us you have not seen her in a while, please just pick up the phone and call her. Stop trying to get her attention on IG. hahah~

NEXT! The sofa. The design of the sofa is actually quite special, otherwise people won't have caught it. I did wonder if it was the SAME one until GD posted a 2nd photo on Twitter.

Same couch for sure. The pillar between the windows and if you look carefully at the wall below the windows, yea. Personally I think I have seen this couch before when I watched 2NE1 TV so it had to be in the YGE building. No one knew for sure if Chaerin deleted her photo because Jiyong uploaded his. It made people wonder if they were together when the photos were taken. It definitely made me wonder, even if the photos are uploaded on 2 different days. Some people also pointed out that Chaerin was wearing Air Jordan but that's not significant to me. 

The other thing leading from this would be the obsession with the color red or simply red lipstick. I checked the pictures that GD likes on IG once in a while. I think red is the new black this season for lip color. GD had liked a couple of pictures of women putting on red lipstick, etc. Not to mention his recent campaign for The Saem Global Eco was of the red lipstick. I read somewhere that he choose that particular shade of red lipstick. (Aside: I asked my friend to buy the lipstick for me!) 

Oh! One more thing, I don't know why when GD was asking questions about marriage and talking about his wish to get married and ideal type on 'THANK YOU' (which by the way is a great show), Chaerin keep popping into my head. One of the question the MC asked was "what kind of look would you go for?" (MC said he choose his wife because she has the dog look), Jiyong actually answered, "Cat". And I really feel that he has someone in mind, otherwise he won't ask such questions.

Alright, I'm done with this blog piece. Again, this is MY GD-CL World. I didn't invite you in and won't ask you to stay if you don't want to. Back to my fanfic now. :P
