Personality:
When most people meet Kimi for the first time, they tend to thing of her as egotistic and selfish... that's just how she is and all she knows. Growing up rich environment and always socializing with the high society annoying snob heiresses rubbed off on her, but bealieve me she has a nice side also, she can help with any type of advise; fashion, boys, etc. And when she loves something, she protects it. She is only mean and arrogant if you have a negitive aura when they talk to her. She is very confident and says whatever comes to her mind, no matter how much trouble she would get in for saying it. She wouldn't care for your opinion on her. She is straight forward, if she likes you then she will tell you, if she doesn't she makes it obvious she isn't interested in the person. Being always told she is becautiful and knows it, whenever she sees herself in a reflection she will look and smile.
As her carrer in modeling she is well known for being a person hard to work with but, she takes the best pictures. She is a real hot headed girl. Her temper usually gets the better of her, once you get her all fired up, do NOT go near her, she is scary when she blows up. Too much noise makes her angry especially when she is trying to think and insulting her is just asking for it. When she is mad, do not make it worse. When someone messes with her, she likes revenge.
She is very smart and determind, she's no dum heiress. She can talk her way out of anything she wants. She doesn't like to use her fathers money even though she has some. She uses her status to get what she wants. for example if she wants a gucci purse, she will got to the owner of the store and make a deal. If she can have her purse then she will advertise for their store and get them more buyers. She is good at smooth talking her way into getting what she wants.
She is super social and tries to get to know everyone she meets, she gets the story of all of them out. She likes talking to others, it sort of calms her. Background: She is the only child and gets whatever she whats, whenever she wants. Her parents split up when she was a baby and she never heard from her mom again. Since her father had the money to support her, she was legally owned by her father. She grew up with out a mother of her own.
As a child, she grew up with her father marrying and divorcing many women. Her father is what you could say a playboy. He would be 'in love' with a beautiful women in her 20's but, they never loved him back becaus ethey were only after his money. Over 20 stepmothers in her life, she never once refered to any of them as mom. She didn't like any of them because she knew they didn't like her. She watched her dad go through multiple heart breaks. Her father owns one of the biggest electronics company in the nation, it was always hard to know who really loved them or just wanted money from them.
She has always been 'Daddy's Little Princess'. There was almost never a time her dad said no to her, she was what you could say, spoiled rotten. There was no problems with her and her father. That is until the day she got offered to model in Brazil. With confidence, class, beauty and a perfect body, she could easily make it as a model. The only thing she needed was her father's approval. She begged and pleaded but her father did not want to her go off.She told him everything about her offer.
She really wanted it, mostly because she had fallen for the photographer that offered her the job, Raimundo. He was much older than her, he was in his mid 30's. He had been married once and had a child with her, but was divorced already when they both met. He had a young son under his custody, he was only 3. It did not bother Kim at all that he had a son, and vice versa with his son. He was really fond of Kim. She really enjoyed having both of them around. It made her want to be with Raimundo more. She thought she loved him. She thought she knew who to finally listen to.
Her father said she didn't love him because she didn't know what love was yet. She has just met him. She told him back that he had no right to question what love was because of how many women he dates and leaves. He thought he was being way to protective and hippocritical. He should not have been one to talk, he had no right.
Despite her father's thought's, she still met with Raimundo. They both comfirmed their feelings for each other. He was so thrilled that she felt the same about her. he convinced her to run off with him. The both of them and his son ran away to Brazil. While they were there, Raimundo used Kim in alot of his work, everyone in Rio knew who she was. They loved her for her beautiful exotic look, She soon became a sucessful model.
Raimundo took very great care of her. She left everything she knew to be with him and he love her so much. She just loved the idea of being in love. She thought of her father and how he said she didn't love him, that really stuck to her as time with him longated. When Raimundo proposed to her and asked for her had, her mind said yes, but somewhere in her heart she wanted to say no. She was so lost with why she had a part of her that didn't want him. She just let it go and keep pushing the idea away. On the day of her wedding, she left. She basically cracked. She couldn't do it. She left him on the aisle, but she left him a note saying how sorry she was. She took the first plane out of Brazil, into Korea. Back home.

He can take the heart of any girl in his hometown if he wanted; Looks, money and power. Every girl's dream guy. When girls who have dated him talk about him they say; He is always looking for some beautiful girl, but later breaks her heart after just days of him getting some a$$. People think he is never interested in anything but that, He doesn't do relationships. They say he has one big ego. He always treats women like they are just a peice of meat they say. He has no sympathy for them, He gets that one alot. He is always only interested in anything that would only do good for himself, well those are complete lies...
As a child he grew up following his dad's foot steps; high grades, great style, super atheltic and strong willed. He also took after his dad in his problem with pushing others away. He doesn't socialize often. He definately doesn't get much conversation with the girls he dates. He doesn't know them long enough to talk to them, he is a bit socially awkward when it comes to getting deep and personal. All he knows is pick up lines and talking about how 'cool' he is. He can't keep up with his emotions. He is alittle cold and distant. Not alot of people really know the real Lee Joon. They only know him as the jerk who always chases skirts. His brain thinks of things that most people don't think about; he is deep. Nothing like the stereotypical jerk he comes to be as. He ponders about everyones place in life, wheither the grass truely is 'greener' on the other side. When he is alone he just loses himself in his mind. He normally doesn't have people to talk to, so he has alot to think about. He doesn't share his topics because they are usually so far out that he thinks people might think he is weird.
When he is upset or has sometype of emoion, he hides it and keeps it to himself. As a result, small things make him tick. He completely breaks down when a small thing happens becuase he has been hiding his feelings. It confuses people into thinking he is crazy and bipolar. He thinks that he is weak if he feels. He is always so unsure of himself on the inside, even though he glows with confidence on the outside. On the inside he has a part of him that is unsure of himself, he makes it off like he doesn't care about the world but, he would protect someone with his life if he had to. He never 'loved' something before nor does he know how he feels. He doesn't have siblings, a mom etc. His father and him are more like business partners then father and son. He doesn't feel a true love to him. But, when he does find love, he can believe how hard he falls.
The only reason he treats people that way is becuase he is completely misguided on how to feel and act around others. He is only pretending like he has an ego because he hides the fact that he is completely insecure. He isn't stupid, he has an endless mind of wonder of intellect. He is just confused. He could be a nice guy, if someone just looked past his rough edges and found how he really is.
How do you act around each other:
They both occasionally flirt with each other, Joon at first flirted with all the girls but only one played interest. Joon thinks she is absoulutely perfect. Since Joon can really do one night stands with the girls considering theres only few attractive women of them and he doesn't particiularly like the others, he sticks to Kim. He has never really felt super attracted to a girl so much, considering he only spends a few days with the girls he dates. But, once he takes time to get to know Kimi, he slowly falls for her. He acts like a protecter for her and always tries to stay around her. Kimi attracts alot of the guys on the island and they do whatever she wants for her, Joon gets pretty jealous quick. She had a slight crush on him the moment she met him, and him constantly being around her made her like him more. They both slowly become a better person as they grow to like each other.
Background:
Full korean and son of a CEO to a big company (he's rich but, not as rich as Kim), He has been living the good life. He is constantly out seeing the world, meeting girls, partying and doing whatever the hell he wants. Because of his money, he gets alot of girls. All he knows is just one night stand. He has never been in love before, there's not apart of him that actually wants to though. He has it good and he knows it.

◊ Why did she leave her family: She was in love, or so she thought. Her boyfriend asked her to live with him, but his father did not approve, he told her she doesn't know what love is because she is too young. She ran away to Brazil with her boyfriend and left everything she knew behind.
◊ why did she decide to go back: When her boyfriend proposed to her, she was so ready to marry him but, a part of him realized she wasn't in love with him, she just wanted to feel like her own person, she appologized to her fiance and decided this life she had choosen wasn't something she could continue living. Her father was right and she had to accept it.
