Lockets
There's a locket for every secret she keeps away,
Hanging loosely on the wall.
Don't let the appearance deceive you;
No one knows what lurks inside them all.
It might frighten you
It could enlighten you
You'll never know
Unless she opens up them herself.
When she does, don't tell a soul
About the secrets of the worn-down lockets
Or she'll find you a fool.
Don't go pestering her about what's inside
She'll ignore your burning curiosity.
She'll hide her lockets
She won't speak to you
She'll erase herself
She'll simply disappear out of your sight.
So be patient
There's a possibility that she'll show you
All the secrets locked away in her heart.
