Style: Despite Baby’s girly personality, she doesn’t dress too often in anything like dresses or skirts. She prefers colourful ripped jeans over floral patterned skirts…or really floral patterned anything. She wears graphic t-shirts and leather jackets, oversized hoodies and sneakers, really just anything that she likes. If one was to judge her by her appearance before getting to know her, from her fitted cap or beanie down to her high top sneakers, they’d think she was a tomboy or delinquent. Some would say she over accessorizes but she doesn’t think so, she likes shiny bright accessories. She tries to wear her glasses as much as possible (colourful nerd glasses of course) because she heard that contacts would worsen her vision. Personality: Baby is known for being childish and silly. She has always been treated like a princess and she is a girly girl with a dorky side. You wouldn’t interpret her as a girly girl if you looked at her appearance but when you get to talk to her, she is a silly girl. She makes lame jokes, plays online games, plays video games, reads comics and she is boy crazy. She tends to be immature and childish who loves to make fun of people. Now, it does seem mean that she likes to make fun of people, but she can’t help her outspoken nature. She speaks her mind and tends to be a little hurtful, but you can always count on her to give you an honest opinion. She is clumsy and laughs at herself when she falls. She is a romantic and loves to read romance novels and shoujo manga. She is loved by her family, and is overly protected by her siblings, making her innocent and oblivious to malicious intentions of others. She is somewhat spoiled and kind of overemotional. She is someone who hates being alone and isn’t used to being shunned or casted away by her peers. She is an easy crier, an easy laugher and definitely easily fooled. She is artistic and loves to be free rather than tied down by rules which she isn’t accustomed to. She is a good girl and is always there to share a smile when needed. She also…hates her name. She thinks it’s silly and wishes that it was her mother who named her rather than her father. She is very loving to everyone, amazing with children and the elderly…as for people her age; she doesn’t know how to deal with the mean ones. She is a girl who could give a beautiful makeover and loves to do hair and makeup for others, as well as style their clothes with their new look (although, most of the time she would never wear what she gives them because it isn’t her style, but she thinks it suits them). She is someone who sleeps early in the morning at 4 and will wake up early in the morning at 6, yes people she is an expert at disguising dark eye circles. She is smart with an addiction to DR. SEUSS.

There are many flaws in her personality if you couldn’t already tell. Here are some of them. She is easily fooled, can’t tell a lie for her life, is EXTREMELY clumsy, way too honest, way too forgiving, falls for people way too easily, is way too emotional and doesn’t get enough sleep. She doesn’t know how to follow rules and isn’t used to the world where not everyone is nice whether you’re nice to them or not. She is optimistic but easily discouraged because she is so not used to negative energy that it impacts her very hard. Plus, she thinks of herself as too pale with her bleach blonde hair and fair skin. She is too innocent and doesn’t understand when there’s a ert or a guy hitting on her, she only knows how to like a guy through his appearance at first glance. She is the type to try to make friends with everyone. She’s also somewhat of a Shikshin…she loves food so much that she developed both a food and exercise addiction. She isn’t someone who will get violent, but will take a hit for a friend no matter how scared she is of getting hit. Her sense of direction is terrible to the point where she struggles telling left from right.

Background: She grew up the first half of her life with her mom, step-dad and half-sister, Tiffany, in California, but she moved to live with her dad in Hong Kong after her sister went to South Korea. She lived the rest of her life with her dad, step-mom and half-brother, Bosco. On both sides, she was spoiled with love for being the youngest and doesn’t mind at all that she is a bastard. Yes my friends, she is a child whose parents were never married, the result of a one night stand. Regardless, she was still loved, not so much by her step-father, but she never really talked to him anyways. She lived a normal life, one that wouldn’t make headlines. When she moved with her dad, he spoiled her with money as well, almost as if he needed to make up for not being there enough. She went shopping frequently and took many lessons to kill time because she was home-schooled once she got to Hong Kong. She was given dancing lessons, singing lessons and even acting coach…although, she gave up acting because she just wasn’t cut out for it. She didn’t have many friends because she wasn’t given an active social life (since there was no school to go to make friends). So once she was exposed to the real world of people who she could socialize with, she loved it and was scared to go back to being alone and going places alone. She leads a decent life and is thankful that the only bad thing that’s really happened is the time she almost drowned to death when she was visiting a waterpark with Bosco and his wife.

Family background: She lived with her mother for the first half of her life until her half-sister left to Korea, and stayed with her father and half-brother. She occasionally stayed over at her half-brother’s house when she wanted to talk to him and spent the other half of her life before Korea in Hong Kong. She is the result of a one night stand that surprisingly never ruined the lives of both party’s families and is aware of it.

Note – Her mother dies of cancer one day, and she doesn’t know about it until she sees Tiffany crying about it on television.

Siblings: Half-Sister, Stephanie Hwang (Mi Young) aka Tiffany – She is the member of hot girl group SNSD and is very close with her little sister. She is overjoyed when she hears that her sister will be in the entertainment industry as well.

Half-Brother, Bosco Wong – He is a famous Hong Kong actor renowned for many famous HK dramas that he’s starred in. He is overprotective of his little sister and refuses to listen to her when she tells him to shave his moustache.

Sister-in-law, Myolie Wu – She is also a famous HK actress who starred in many Dramas with Bosco, resulting in their bonding and soon marriage. She is like a sister to Baby and is very sweet to her, she takes her out to eat a lot.

Parents: Mother, Hwang Mi Jin – Mi Jin is the most caring mother anyone could ask for and was diagnosed with cancer a few years after Baby leaves. She always sends gifts whenever there’s a special occasion and sticks by her children as long as she can until the cancer spreads too much.

Father, Butch Wong – Butch is an eccentric man who is very rich. He is the Stockholder of many enterprises and regrets not having time for Baby. Baby somewhat resents her father…not cause of anything personal, just because he named her Baby.

As for Zhang Liyin, she's the reason Baby was forced to leave SM.
