So, with another month gone by, I feel the need to clarify more things. I really shouldn’t need to, but since I fail at getting information across, I have listed things that should shed some light on the story.

 

#1 Tao and Yu-Ki

                After giving it some thought, I have decided to tell you guys that they were never an official couple. (You can interpret that however you want). Please keep in mind that she moved when she was 14. If they were dating it would either have to be long distance which is a pain, or while they were in middle school which I personally think isn’t right. Had things gone differently….well, that’s just another story isn’t it…..

 

#2 Her flashbacks

                At the moment she has had 2 major flashbacks. The one at the park and the one at Baek’s studio. They will both be resolved later. Hints were given for the one at baek’s but once again they are really subtle and you probably won’t get them. For the one in the park, can I just say that it is NOT Tao. It took place in Seoul and he is currently in Vancouver.

 

#3 JongIn’s Birthday

                Yu-Ki did not remember it. Although the sentiment would be nice, she didn’t know. She only knew because JongIn told her that previous Friday. That and she was at his party the day before. Yu-Ki doesn't remember anything of her past life except for those flashbacks.

 

#4 SeHun

                This far in the story, all the guys have been introduced except for SeHun. Unfortunately, he probably won’t make an appearance until late March to early April. However, because he has a late intro doesn’t mean he isn’t important. SeHun actually plays the fourth/fifth most important role. Surprisingly, the one with the smallest role is Kris, her brother.

 

#5 The weather

                Since I am dumb and totally forgot that this is Korea we are talking about and not Hong Kong, I totally forgot about the snow. I’ve made it sound like it was nice weather and how they can all go out and walk around without the biting cold. It’s not. It snows there too.

 

#6 the mysterious him

                So in chapters 18 and 32 there is an italicised ‘him’ this was mainly to just show that he was talking about someone else and not himself. His identity shall be a mystery for now. Though it’s pretty obvious who it is.

 

#7 Phone nicknames (translations)

-          깜종 (kkamjong)

-          수호 (suho) yes that is JoonMyun, yes they knew each other, yes i will explain later

-          星星哥 (xing xing ge~) literally translated means star star, it’s synonymous with YiXing’s name

-          包子 (baozi)

 

#8 Love lines

                 It should be pretty obvious here, but JongIn likes Yu-Ki. That is just one of the multiple budding love lines I have prepared. There are 3 (and a half) others, and if you squint it’s pretty obvious.

 

#9 Reading week vacation

                Yes, it was implied that they went on trips before, and it’s not uncommon. They are all rich with too much spare time. On that note, yes they (Yu-Ki & Kris, JongIn, BaekHyun, ChanYeol, KyungSoo, & JongDae) are all rich kids. YiXing is too but not to their extent. The reason for their wealth will be explained later as in the next few days.

                Due to their wealth, they are often seen in the public eye (some more so than others). I imagine them to all be like Paris Hiltons but without all the scandals and stuff. They are well known figures within their own little departments (as in like the business world, no one really cares for them outside of that). By that I mean that they aren’t like movie star popular, but more like Steve Jobs/Bill Gates popular. Does that make sense?

 

#10 Backstories.

                I know I had put in some of BaekHyun and ChanYeol’s backstory in earlier, and honestly it was just filler, but now I’ve become way too invested in their lives, and their stories will most definitely resurface. It explains why they act the way they do.

                The Wu/Li family stuff too is very important and that will resurface around mid-March to mid-April. That is also a huge part of Kris’ personality and Yu-Ki’s past. Some of you have caught on about how it affected Kris’ life, and you are definitely on the right track with that.

                At the moment, the others’ back stories have not been determined as I have yet to deem them of importance, but I can tell you that JongIn and JoonMyun have a slight backstory, JongDae and KyungSoo are at the moment non-existent, MinSeok’s is kinda there, HunHan are partially created, Tao’s was sorta explained but there isn’t much there except the past 7 years from his POV, and YiXing is also non-existent.
