well, I just made an account there because there's a video that I really wanna watch, but then after I joined, there's a dialogue box which saying that I don't have a permission to watch the video.

Can anyone explain to me or help me, why is it like that??

Is there any rules to watch the videos? You know just like some forums which we need to have few posts then we could their videos.
