When you feel really really really low.. what's the best thing to do to cheer yourself up?

Talk it out. Listen to music. Cry. Think. Clear your mind & pretend you are the only one there. Read a book or story.

Talk to your friends, here on AFF or in real life. That's the best way :)

Watch movie, listen to the music, have a walk, and share my worries to my friends.... ^^

But, the most thing I'll do is just giving myself time to stop thinking about the bad things that had happened... ^^

or talking it out with someone. if i dont want to talk, i write all my feelz/thoughts on paper, then burn it outside. let it flow in the wind, taking all the problems with it.. =)

it helps a lot, tbh. or for me...
