Weight Loss Journal Day 1

Okay, writing this real quick because I have to go back to studying. In the end I decided not to go with the Atkins diet because I'm not sure I can survive two whole weeks without fruit (I'm telling you I'm in love with them).

Instead for now I'll go for a regular diet + lots of exercise. 

Not much to say for the first day... 

 

Today, breakfast for me was 2 strawberries and a boiled egg.

Now before anyone freaks out because this seems too little let me explain this: For me breakfast is the meal I eat right after I wake up, when I can't really eat that much. I eat a lot more later around 11 o'clock. 

So around 1 o'clock I went for a walk (about 5 kilometers) and on the way I had some cheese bread and a glass of milk when I got back home.

Because of studying I forgot to take my steak  out of the refrigeration so no meat for me during lunch T-T. But I did have a large salad with ham.

Later I had a few nuts for a snack and about half an hour ago I ate dinner: 1 glass of orange juice and two toast with 1 tsp. marmalade strawberry.

And that's it for today... 

See you guys again on Sunday when I will be finished with the first week ^^
