Ok, is it only me or does anyone else get irritated or bored when a fic adds too many OC's?

I've been watching A LOT of anime lately and , as a result, have been reading a bunch of  fanfics.

Everytime I find one that has the potential to be so freaking AMAZING 10 or so chapters in the writer adds a ton of OC's and it becomes a minding mess and a waste. Like, it makes me sad to some degree. Yeah, OC's are sometimes REALLY awesome and add another layer to a story but come on, there is no need to add in 20 or so OC's and have them all GODMODDED out the .
