I think it's obvious that some of the kpop stars are dating each other as well as younger trainees.  All the stress of working under the spotlight, and the time away from family and friends.  I think they have to be careful to hide what they do, but where there's a will, there's a way.  They probably wish they could have more time to be with their loved ones.
