I love the quote, and the 1st pic was perfect! But your font was too flashy, and it clashes with the simplicity of the poster. Try using more common fonts, that are thin.
Your second poster is great, but your blending could use a bit of work.
Gif-wise, the frames flashed by too quickly, and I had to wait and read it every time it flashes. Maybe have the duration longer, or duplicate the layers?
