WHO ARE YOU UNDERNEATH THE LIES?
personality. [i like the title~ ^^ ]
SooYun is a versatile person. She tends to craft herself to be who people want her to be. Hence it is not surprising to see SooYun acting differently around different people. She could be all flirtatious to get on someone's good side and then all cutesy towards another person. However, what stays consistent is her mother-like concern for someone she grew to care for. She is optimistic and laughs easily. She always tries to keep up a smile for others with hope they would smile as well. In all honestly, she does get scared or anxious easily but always hide them with a calm exterior, or her favorite weapon, her smile. She tends to put others before herself. For example, during missions, she doesnt mind being in danger as long as her partner is safe.
She takes all missions seriously with one aim: success. She would always use herself to a maximum advantage to attain whats he wants: information. These includes, her smile, her flawless features and even her figure. She doesn't need to be told twice and neither does she like to be reminded more than twice.
likes.
Loves fruits especially oranges and apples. She eats them frequently after her meals, except when she's on the mission whereby she cant get access to it.
Adorable items and collectibles, incuding cartoon characters. Her favorite is the tweety bird.
Chocolates! She always have a bar kept in her bag/pocket during her missions, just so she could have one when she needs.
She likes flowers, and especially any kind, as long as they have a scent on them.
Loves cold drinks, not too sweet drinks. Fruit juice, ice-bleded drinks are always her favorite. Alongside with cold, plain water.
dislikes.
too much noise and vulgarity. especially when source is close to her ear, increases her irritability,
someone who can read through her lies. She only allows her trainer and her lover to see the real her. The anxious her, the scared her while the rest only sees her calm and cheerful exterior.
Her 'crafting' being mistaken as hypocrisy. This doesn't push her button, in fact, she doesn't really mind. However, do watch out for trying to get her close to you is a good as impossible.
Whistling when bored. This really pushes her button. She'll give a short glare or raise an eyebrow, silently telling the person she doesn't really like it.
hobbies.
She loves music hence she would practice on her violin, playing whatever music pieces she could find. Either that, or she play modern music, solely by ear.
She likes making handmade gifts or simply handmade anything. She likes making paper stars, frieship bracelets and keep them in a box. Whenever,she's mentally fatiqued, she'll get her hands busy.
She loves singing and dancing. And since she has to keep fit and healthy, she uses dancing as her exercise regime rather than the workout if she has a choice.
habits.
Has a tendency to tilt her head when thinking or analyzing something. She is currently working to curb this habit, but somehow, this makes her look somewhat adorable.
She always have mints in her bag, preferably small ones such as tic tac so that she can last more than a day on mission without losing her focus from fatigue.
Immediately adapting to another person's accent once she spend quite some time with the person. It may seem like she's playing around, however, it just happens without her realizing.
Leaning forward towards someone who is sharing somethiing with her, and this shows that she is listening to him attentively.
trivia.
She has a whistle given by her father and it has alwys been in her pocket.It is small and silver, with a loud and rather high pitched as compared to the one used during sports.
Has her 'make up kit' inside and apart from basic make-up such as the powder, it usually contaains hairclips, hair pins, sewing pins and hair bands in case she needs to change her look. [ i am not so sure about make up >//< ]
Frequently have nightmares which usually replays a part in her memory. They could be pleasant memories or not so pleasamt ones, but the not so pleasant ones seems to be more recurring.
fears.
Loud gunshots with claps of thunder and flashes of lightning. Reminds her of how she is supposed to die with her parents that fateful night. It reminds her on how close death is.
Screeches of tyres and honking of vehicles especially cars. Everytime when she's on a mission, she always hope that it will be rather quiet, If not, she would rather it be noisy with people talking and having fun rather than these sounds as it will make her crumble in the inside, unable to focus.
She is very afarid of having height and speed together. For example, roller coasters. It will make her screech, bringing tears to her eyes, making her feel she's close to death.

years of training.
Have been a trainee for 2 years, since she was 15. She just hit 18 when she began her first mission. Hence she is only 2 years experienced.
the story behind the codename.
She likes flowers and flowers have their own symbolic meaning. Since she always adopts different kind of characters during hermissions, she wouldn't want to forget who she is. Or who she wants to be. As for scarlet, it is a seductive color or rather it is a clor that ususally symbolises ual appeal. While lily are usually seen as pure and is who she wants to be, who she is inside, only painted with scarlet when she is on her missions and washed away to be a white lily once again after her missions.

However, since she has an effective trainer who constantly gives her feedback and constructive critisism, Sooyun has an advanced pretty well on her experiential learning.[ was stuck between ivy and lily but lily fits description more~ but which would you prefer? ]
specialities.
seduction, deception and stealth. Somehow, seduction goes hand in hand with stealth~
strengths.
She can change her look anywhere, anytime with very little requirements.
This increases the speed of getting information in case she is strapped by time.
She is a highly capable actress. And the character she loves to use the most is the seductress.
With that she can also tell who's lying as she herself has been down that road too many times.
Adapting. She can adapt to any environment really well,
includes changing of her character to fit a certain environment or situation.
weaknesses.
Fears that she encounter during her missions can distract her for a moment, slowing her down.
She believes that she must successfully get what she needs no matter what. She doesn't accept failre for any cases.
She could not hold the gun and pull the trigger. Neither could she use a melee weapon to hurt someone.
ITS YOUR STORY.
before the agency. [what was life like before The Agency took your character under their wings? How did they come to be considered "lost" enough for The Agency to take an interest in them? please be as descriptive as possible.] Life when she was still the daughter of the small and simple family was near perfect to her until they were both taken away by the robbery happened in her house that fateful night. Her family was said to be the descendants of a certain ancient painting. However, they were just rumors. Different cult groups and robbers were after them, both with an aim to attain the painting either to worship or to sell for cash.
In school she had to pretend that her family was still just as normal, but she couldn't focus. That was when she chose to quit - informally by being absent for weeks just to protect her own family. This was when she practiced to be versatile, picking up many characters along the way, just to get information about them, and most importantly to let them know that her family has no such painting. The message came across but neither of the leaders whom chose not to believe the words of the 14 year old.
The groups then set out to attack her family just to attain the painting. They came in by force, forcing the parents who stopped them by the door to fall into the darkness of concussion. SooYun whom was equally surprised from the attack set up traps in her house just to kill them, one by one, This was when SooYun realized she found her potential under a pressure like that. Taking the kitchen knife as a weapon, she set out to stab one robber whose back was facing her. Before she could stab him, he turned and looked at her with such menacing eyes, and taking out a longer, ancient looking double blade weapon. "Kim Soo...Yun?" he asked, tilting his head like a demented demon. SooYun felt herself froze on the spot, unable to move, not even an inch. The blade was brought close to her eyes, as if ready to take them out. "The eyes shall lead me..." he whispered and get ready to gorge out the younger girl's teary eyes, only to have his blood spurt on her and a knife pierced though his chest, merely centimeters away from her face. That was how SooYun couldn't handle a melee weapon without having the same scene rrepeating in her eyes, making her not want to kill anyone.
initiation. [after you got The Agency to give you a shot, how did you convince them that you were worth the trouble? What trials were you forced to face? Please be as descriptive as possible.] SooYun showed them her diary of achievements, letting them know what she can do and what she wants to achieve. She allowed them to hold on to it, allows them to add any other criteria they expect to see in her. She wants to show them that she can meet their expectations of her. She wants them to know that she isn't mindless. She wants them to know that she is has an aim, which is to develop herself, to make herself more than capable to carry out the operation. She told them her story with no tears, rather monotone as well, describing to them a well-plotted story on how her parents died from the robbery. And how she is determined to work for the government in this unit.
secrets. Her parents are still alive. She was the one who made a pact with her parents to pass off as another couple who just moved in the city. A brand new set of identity. A brand new home. A brand new family without SooYun at home. However, SooYun does sneak out to have dinner with them every Christmas and some weekends. She also did not confess her fear of using melee weapons and any other weapons.
your trainer.
Lee Hyukjae of Super junior. They started off with a cordial relationship. They talk about absolutely anything, especially the unit and the training but rarely talk about themselves. Hence to anyone, it may seem that the two are pretty close, However, the truth is, they aren't. After a year, Hyukjae decided to conduct an intensive training for her as he wanted her to begin her missions as soon as possible. Hence it was like a camp, it went on day and night, with SooYun and Hyukjae working hard to improve each others' skills. Then, as the day ended, SooYun fell asleep. Since she has nightmares pretty often, she was already beginning to mumble in her sleep, talking about her parents. It touched Hyukjae's heart as soon as he noticed a tear that fell from the younger's eyes. That was when they began opening up to each other, that was when they began to trust each other. Soon enough, they were as close as people think they are,
They may be seen laughing and talking to each other a lot during breaks, but durig training, Hyunkjae and SooYun maintained the professional relationship of trainer and trainee with Hyukjae being strict and seem to be rather emotionless sometimes while SooYun doesn't talk much but only give non verbals as her response. This professional relationship allows the two to develop and improve their skills effectively.
your partner.
It would be good if SooYun can have have a really close relationship with her partner,
almost like bestfriends, when on missions, they could pass off as a couple or even siblings.
They ususally think alike, and its probably due to how they always choose to train together
when they are not training with their trainers.Yeah it could be anything, her partner could also dislike her.
But if that happens, SooYun will give her partner some space before she would talk to him and try to get on his good side.
other lost children.
The trainees see her as a rather motherlike person. It is indeed normal to have people liking or disliking her characteristics, and her being versayile could bring up some misuncerstandings among other children. She could be seen as a hypocrite but sh ewouldn't mind.As compared to many of the children, she might have entered later than them, starting her missions later than most of them. Hence she could be seen as the rookie or really the old but unskilled.
love interests.
Huang "Tao" Zitao. She has always have some sort of interest for men who could pass off with a mysterious look or the 'evil' look. Whenever she sees him around, she couldn't peel her eyes off him, watching him doing his daily activities when she has nothing else better to do. She couldn't help it but she knew that he definitely have more hidden under the expression she usually sees him in. However, she wants to be the one to bring out the smile of his. She wants to hear his laughter as well.
rivals. She doesn't have a rival. She cares of everyone the same, However, a little more for her trainer and partner.
