When I was a kid, I didn't have a laptop, iPod, Blackberry, PS3 or iPad. I played outside with friends, bruised my knees, made up adventurous fantasies and played hide and seek. I ate what my mom made and McDonalds was a treat. I would think twice before I said "No" to my parents. Life wasn't hard, it was great and I survived. Kids these days are spoiled. Kids these days lost something - Appreciation. Re-post this if you appreciate the way you were raised.

You don't have to repost..i got this off FB from a fren XD!...it just made me think of all those good old days of my childhood...oh gosh! My 2 yr old niece found an old cell phone somewhere and guess what it was...a CINGULAR!! lol yes I know cingular is AT&T...but still...makes me think..wow! I lived to see that change?? Like Spiderman! They are going to remake it already?? Yes for the better, but I can't help but think...omg i saw the 2004 spiderman when i was like what? 8!! LOL! And the year 2000 began when I was 4!! lol i remember at school my teacher would tell us all about how the year works...life goes by fast...I didn't even know what the term "Life is Short" meant until 6th grade when I saw things moving by!!...Doesn't matter..cuz Im gonna try my best to enjoy every bit of it by slowing it down with my own will power :)

But seriously...I can't really judge some parents..but everywhere I go I see a at least a 6 or 7 year old with a psp or some kind of electronics =.=...my parents is old fashion(and asian so PURE STRICT! lol JK! they are...awesome!) I have to work for my own money!! Idk y but doesn't it just feel better to buy something with your own god damn sweat and work, rather than let someone do it for you??...ok ima stop..seriously I think WAY~~~ too much...XD!!...I feel old...but still so young....??
