Description:

Being born into a rich family, everyone expected her to be the more beautiful child to be born from the best looking parents. Who knew, what came out was just an ugly freak. She grew up being despised, by her schoolmates, her family. She didn't know what were friends, she had none. This made her socially awkward. The only companion she had were books, papers and pencils. Reading and drawing requires no one to be with her. She got absorbed. She drew and read every day while locking herself up in her room.

When she heard about the auditions, she finally decided it was time to prove everyone, her parents, her schoolmates, her teachers, wrong.  No one knew of her hidden talent. She had a wide range of vocabulary,  making her the perfect person to be a song composer. Her parents sent her for private piano lessons to keep her busy, and in no time, she composed gazillion of songs, but no one knew, no one wanted to know. Her lyrics were full of angst, always about loneliness, since that was what she knew best. With her powerful vocals, she could hit the highest key on the piano, obviously a soprano. She decided this was the chance, to reveal to everyone what she was made of, and how everyone had judged her wrongly.

Strongly believes in horoscope. Being a Pisces, she is artistic and creative. However, the only thing she doesn't believe in her horoscope is that she is ually attractive, which she was not. Addicted to reading horoscopes, taking personality tests and playing with tarot cards.

She is usually quiet around her members, but more than willing to help them at times of need. Helps the other members to practise singing, and even composes some of the band's title tract. It was awkward when they first met, she gradually opened up to them and is a great friend. She loves her members more anything, they were the only who could accept her for who she is, unlike her parents and schoolamtes.

Character History:

Has severe myopia and wears thick framed glasses. Also has buck teeth, wearing lime green braces. She wasn't fat, she wasn't thin. With extraordinarily curly hair, she looks like she was an ahjumma, as what everyone called her in school. She is just a normal nerd who likes to read books. Studying in Seoul Star High School, she is in the best class, and scores all of her subjects. However, other nerds despise her because of her knowledge, normal people despise her because of her looks.

Her parents gave birth to her in hope for a beautiful baby. Being important figures in the musical world, they wanted their child to be the same. She came out, a great disappointment to everyone. She was even ugly as a baby, no one had hopes of her looks when she grew up. Her parents sent her to etiquette lessons, English lessons. They simply threw her a piano, and expected her to learn. With the musical genes, she learnt it effortlessly. Has been coached by private tutors until high school, when her parents decided that she needed some friends. Her brother, has absolutely no interest in classical music, he secretly learns the electric guitar and loves rock music. He, too, despises on you and never tell his friends you're his sister but just a maid. Tries very hard to communicate with him, but always getting a cold response.

She does not always draw or play the piano when she is bored, but also surf Youtube from time to time. She eventually set up her own account and uploaded her songs with her singing in it, without her face of course. She received hundreds of likes, then thousands. She uploaded more and more, and her subscribers grew. She became famous in Youtube and one of the most subscribers. Many avid fans wanted her to reveal her face, she always refused. Youtube was the only place people accepted her and she could be herself, she couldn't risk it. One of the SM staff knew of her talent and approached her, to become what is she today,

Audition Story: Scouted from her Youtube account. A SM trainer listened to her composed songs and found both singing and composing talent in her. 

Training Story:

Being socially awkward, it was hard to communicate with the other trainees. Also bad at dancing, occasionally she wanted to give up, but a trainer, Park Eun Hee, was the only person in the universe who listened to her and encouraged her. Other trainers did not like her. She also had stage fright at the start of her training, but gradually managed to overcome it with the help of Eun hee sunbae.
