An elderly comes by your home with a basket filled with apples. You thank her for the apples and offer her one, she shakes her head no and leaves. You get inside and take a bite from one of the apples in the basket. You then get thirsty for some cranberry juice. So you  go to the fridge and pour yourself some cranberry juice and take a sip. All of the sudden you start to faint and fall down on the ground dead. Was it the cranberry juice or the apples?
