In the 'Pictures' portion, you can pick an online picture or korean model or whoever that you have the same general feautres with. Formal Letter of Agreement:

 

I,___________________________, agrees on the _____ day of ____________ 20__, that there is no reassurance that I will be included in the story, _________________. There will be no hard feelings and I will not bad-mouth the author or the story. I also agree that I may be either on the antagonists side or the protagonists side. If ever I will not like my role, I will not hold it against the author, ____________, for she owns the story and I have no say in it whatsoever. I am fully aware that my personality may change in the story. The author will not be held liable if ever there will be some misunderstandings between me and the family member I included in the story because I have given false information. I am very well aware that this Agreement will be saved and that the author can show it as proof that I have read through all the rules the author has layed out.  I also agree that I have read through the Rules and Regulations and that I will follow them with no question.

Rules and Regulations:

1) All the information you have encoded in the Application Form should be true.

2) You should not deny that you have answered the Letter of Agreement upon showing it to the audience if you break any rule.

3) If ever you will break any rule, your Letter of Agreement shall be showed to the public together with the Rules and Regulations and what rule you broke as a chapter in the said story thus is a clear form of public humliation.

4) If ever you break any rules, I will not hesitate to pull out your character from the story.

5) You're personal information upon public humiliation shall be kept and we will use your real name (your username and you story name shall be hidden but they will find out eventually because of the characters sudden exit)

 

I know I am very strict when it comes to these kinds of stuff because I hate it when people want to be part of my story but always complain and break the rules I have made. I will not hesitate to do public humiliation. I know it is kind of harsh but I will do it. I hope I will not be doing any humiliating at all.
