If they do, it's their fault, and they should blame themselves because they lie.
That's all I can say.

I don't think that there's really anyway of telling if the person is lying, but it's also the internet, so you can't really take anything at face value :/

I have a filter. I read blogs but I don't believe everything a person says. I learned that lesson hard. Stories can be embellished to entice a reader, gain sympathy or become famous. Haha! Don't take it seriously :)

Hm. I did wonder this at first too. But I believe there must always be a story behind every blog post? There must be a reason why someone would lie in the blog post, too. Haha, I don't know.

I just ask myself, what reason do they have for lying?

I usually take the blogger's word for it, but I don't completely trust it enough to depend on, you know?

Why would people lie though? For attention, for sympathy?

Hmm...never thought of that. But maybe. One bad thing is that words can easily become so manipulative...
