For 2 weeks i've been taking care of crazy patients in Asylum... Having my clinical posting here is really tired n damn it . Lots of patients peed anywhere they want and some just past motion anywhere they want too. For example some patient I see them past motion in he drain and wow like what the hell... the smell everything is damn, I almost want to puke there but as a student nurse I have to endure it... I wanna go home fast !!!!
